The business offers a two year warranty on interior and exterior painting jobs along with after hours appointments and a ten percent discount on any service over twenty five hundred dollars. They cover Jefferson and Shelby County with a listed address in the Birmingham area.

Customers call them for whole house interior and exterior painting, kitchen cabinet refinishing, ceiling touch ups on tight schedules, sheetrock replacement in living rooms, porch and patio work, and bigger remodels that include tile floors, backsplashes, bathroom gut jobs, and basic plumbing and electrical updates in older homes. Reviewers note that Javier and his crew protect floors and furniture, finish on schedule even when surprises come up, and leave the place clean at the end of each day. Several mention repeat projects because the same team handled sheetrock, tile, and paint without extra mess or delays.

The crew shows up when they say they will, stays in touch throughout longer jobs, and keeps pricing straightforward with no surprise add ons. “Javier and his crew were great; very professional and personable. Ahead of the project he throughly explained what they would do. They were very careful to protect the area and to clean up afterwards. Our porch, stairs and patio look great! We would definitely recommend Top One Painting without reservation!!”

“Javier’s crew handled a large sheet rock, tile and painting project for me that lasted several weeks. Everyone was very professional, clean and courteous. They were in constant communication with us throughout the project and finished on time even though we had a few unexpected issues. Can’t say enough good things about these folks. Second project we used them on and will use them again. Wouldn’t consider anyone else.”

“They were awesome! We were in a time crunch to get a large chunk of our ceilings repainted, and they totally made it work. Very professional work and very nice. We will definitely use them again for any painting needs!”

“Javier and his team recently completed a whole house interior and exterior painting project for us and we’ve were very pleased with their work. The team works professionally and quickly and Javier is very communicative and always ready to help. Would highly recommend”

“Javier and his crew at Top One Painting have proven themselves time and again to be exceptionally competent, time-sensitive, fair, and responsive to our family in the complex remodeling of an older Birmingham home. In fact, we were so pleased with his pricing, ability to get to work quickly, and overall quality of work on interior painting and basic bathroom remodeling that we expanded the scope to include a full kitchen remodel, including new tile floors and backsplash, full gut renovation -- down to the studs -- of two bathrooms with beautiful new tile work, extensive plumbing, paint, and fixtures throughout, trick electrical and lighting work in several rooms, entirely new interior and exterior walls built and finished, and significant exterior repair work. "Painting" in the company name is a drop in the bucket of what he, his crew, and network of contacts can accomplish. We will continue working with them on upcoming projects and cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and ability to assess and complete home renovations with fine attention to detail at competitive rates!”

“Javier and his team did an outstanding job painting our kitchen cabinets. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and communicated clearly every step of the way. The quality of their work truly exceeded our expectations, and the whole experience was seamless. I would highly recommend them for any painting project!”

“Top One Painting replaced some sheetrock in my living room and painted the walls. It looks absolutely beautiful. They took care of my furniture and cleaned everything when the job was done. I will defiantly call them again when I need more rooms freshened up. My home is 73 years old, and I appreciated these workers taking such good care everything.”

“I've done multiple paint, drywall, and construction projects with Javier and his team always does a good job. He communicates quickly and does good work”

“Profesional and responsible. This is not my first time using their service and definitely won’t be the last time. They are my go-to guys for everything construction related needs. I can say confidently that they executed the job perfectly and willing to fix any mistakes made. That is the most important part. It’s hard to find an honest and responsible man to do the job. It might be scary for a guy like me who don’t understand a lot about construction stuffs to pick a construction service provider. But they are honest and guide me through the process with no extra charge. They have the best price to value in my opinion. Reasonable price, perfect job. 10/10 will use their service again really soon. Highly recommend!”
