“I tried to breathe a bit before giving this review, as to not have my anger influence the truth of the job. Still after months, I’m not sure if it deserves even 2 stars. We hired them to build shelves in our closets and paint them to match the existing paint. From the beginning to end, the job took over a month. This was mainly because they would show up late, work a few hours and then take six breaks during that time. They left before 1pm most days (yet complained about the 40 minute drive to our home). We were later charged for every hour they spent driving, which should have been half the amount had they worked a single full day. They also charged us for hours that were not worked (which I was able to prove with our cameras showing when they arrived and left the job). The biggest issue with the job though was the quality of work. Shelves and hanging rods were installed crooked. Paint slopped and many places missed. Nails sticking out, paint over stickers, and two different types of wood material used for the same closet (which looks awful). I told them what paint color/sheen was used and even gave them a gallon we had left. They didn’t listen and decided to go with whatever the”
