“Reliable high quality work I would be glad to use again. The owner showed up promptly for a bid, gave a precise written quote on the spot, listed the exact scope of work I could expect, showed up when they said they would, required minimal assistance from me to complete the work, protected my property from damage and debris, and the final price was LOWER than estimated. The workers were experienced, knowledgeable, and performed high quality spot repairs of wood rot and full coverage window painting without thin undercovered areas or drippy work for me to come back and sand later. They spent sufficient time on surface prep that the paint shpuld stick rather than flake off immediately. They did not try to talk me out of using a separate primer on the bare wood spots exposed during prep. They are more expensive than budget painters I have tried in the past. You get what you pay for in this industry. The work was warranted against premature failure for 4 years. I can confidently take this chore off my list for that period of time and move on to other upkeep.”

“Great experience, everything was explained in detail by Joe. He was patient when I requested additional estimates for other potential projects, and I received my quote the very same day on site! They offer so many other services other than just painting. I had 90s wall paper removed and my price included minor repairs and priming for a paint color to be chosen later. Ryan was polite, on time, clear communication and respectful. Ryan prepared the area nicely to minimize dust and fumes and left everything the way he found it. Excellent services! Will hire them again in the future.”

“Within just a few days of that room being completed, the paint on the trim and doors began chipping off. When we initially brought it to their attention, we were told the paint needed a few days to cure. Once the chipping continued, we contacted them again expecting the issue to be corrected as part of the original job. Instead, we were charged $75 per hour per painter, typically with two painters present, to repair work that had just been completed. We were later told that the paint actually needed 6–8 weeks to cure and that primer had not been applied to the doors. None of this was communicated to us before or immediately after the job was completed. Had we been told that a bathroom door could not withstand normal use for 6–8 weeks without the paint chipping, we never would have agreed to that application in the first place. It simply isn’t realistic to expect a family not to use or close bathroom doors for nearly two months. My biggest disappointment is not that an issue occurred—mistakes can happen on any project. It is how the issue was handled. For a project at this price point, I expected the company to stand behind its work and correct a problem that appeared almost immed”

The staff was very respectful to our property and to us. Williams Painting also pressure washed our home. It was the best our house has ever been washed by an outside company. “I wanted to get my house interior painted, and I received a flyer in the mail from Williams Painting, so I took a chance and scheduled for a representative to come out to consult, discuss and provide a cost and time required to complete estimate. The owner arrived on time as scheduled, which is really huge these days, given the state of what passes for "customer service". After walking thru the house, a cost and time needed to complete the project estimate was provided that I perceived as fair, and I signed the contract. I informed them of my preferred color, and was told that because of their busy schedule, that it would be several weeks before they could start, which I was OK with. Right as promised, they were available and started on my house. The work crew arrived early every morning for about 2 weeks to complete the job. The paint color that I requested was exactly what they painted the interior with. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the work areas and left the house in good order. Most days, I was not at home when they arrived and worked, and I felt totally comfortable in doing so. They completed the project sooner than the time they estimated and they did an excellent”
