CM Construction 92

CM Construction 92 takes on painting and full home remodeling jobs from its base in San Antonio while covering nearby spots like Cibolo. The outfit handles a range of property fixes under one roof so the place ends up looking right and working the way the owner wants. Charlie runs the crew and pulls in the trades needed for each project, from basic surface work to bigger structural changes.

Homeowners call on the crew after other outfits left water and mold damage half done, and the team steps in to finish the walls in a few days so everything sits clean again. They also put up a pantry addition by listening to the budget limits and offering practical changes that kept costs down. Another job involved building a handrail on front steps that lined up with the existing door, all wrapped up without dragging out. Folks note the crew stays on task through these repairs and builds.

The team shows up the day after the call when prior work had stalled, keeps the house clean while they are inside, and sticks to straight talk on what can be done. They stay inside the set budget on additions and get the results finished on the schedule they laid out. Service stays local to the San Antonio stretch and nearby towns, with the same group handling both small fixes and larger remodel steps.

The outfit carries a five star mark on its profile even with the low count of posted notes. Reviewers keep coming back to the same points on honesty, quick completion, and solid results from the work.

“I’m here to tell you Charlie is not only the right contractor for your job, but also a honest and good man. I had previously hired a contractor known through family and friends to come in and fix some severe water/mold damage. 6 wasted weeks, bunch of lazy shortcuts, thousands down the drain and one egregious lie later I finally fired him. Charlie and his crew came in the very next day and fixed everything in just 3 days. The wall looks so pristine, I have to fix up the rest of the house to match now. Charlie and CM Construction 92 will be handling all major jobs and work from my family in the future.”

“Charlie was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to understand my needs and made helpful suggestions to get my pantry addition built within my budget. His team was professional and respectful, and I had no problem leaving them alone in my house. I highly recommend Charlie and his team to anyone looking for a contractor.”
