Sean Patrick Paint Contracting

Sean Patrick Paint Contracting operates as a painter out of Cibolo, Texas. Sean Patrick has run the company since 1993 and handles both commercial and residential painting projects across Central Texas. The work covers interior and exterior painting along with sheet rocking, drywall installation, texturizing, staining, and related surface repairs. Sean supervises the crew on every job and coordinates the full scope from assessment through completion.

Homeowners have described exterior painting that included careful cleaning, caulking, and repairs to woodwork and stucco before two coats were applied by hand. Interior jobs involved matching color combinations to room needs, protecting furniture throughout, and full cleanup afterward. Other projects covered removal of popcorn ceilings, new texturing, cabinet refinishing, and full sheet rocking followed by paint. Crews finished on the schedule they set and handled extra items such as washing driveways and foundations when the main work wrapped.

Sean and the crew arrive daily until the work ends, present a clear proposal upfront, and keep the site clean each day with their own equipment and waste handling. They work at a steady pace that customers call quick and reliable while staying within the quoted price. Service stays focused on Central Texas properties, and the team coordinates directly with owners on options and progress.

Reviews show five-star ratings from most customers who note consistent quality, careful handling of property, and professional conduct from Sean and the crew. “Excellent painting work by a very skilled and experienced team. They understood my requirements clearly and suggested the best color combinations for my rooms. The finishing is very smooth and neat, with great attention to detail. They protected all furniture and cleaned everything after completing the job. I’m very happy with their professional attitude and high-quality service.”

“Sean and his crew did a fantastic job painting the exterior of my home, and at a reasonable price. They very carefully cleaned, caulked and repaired the woodwork and stucco. They hand-rolled and brushed two coats of paint with high precision and no drips. They showed up every day until the job was done. They took care of their own trash, used their own porta-potty onsite, and had a brilliant system for safely climbing on my metal roof. This was a challenging job and they completed it in the time-frame promised while even doing some extra things I did not expect such as cleaning the foundation and driveway. I could not be happier. Before I hired Sean I solicited quotes from several other companies but only Sean explained his approach in detail and pointed out important aspects about the house that other contractors missed. And throughout the duration of the job, Sean constantly checked with me about the quality of his work. I would definitely hire him and his team again.”

“Sean did extensive work with sheet rocking our home and both exterior and interior paining. The quality of his work was outstanding. Sean was knowledgeable, professional, meticulous, committed to providing quality services, careful of our home and belongings, prompt and respectful. He carefully supervised his crew who were well trained and consistently careful and competent. We would give him the highest recommendation.”

“We highly recommend Sean Patrick Painting for any drywall work, texturizing and painting and staining work. The company and their employees are all very professional, courteous and respectable of your property. They were all very hard workers and completed the job in a very timely manner. They made a thorough assessment of what our needs were, discussed multiple options with us, presented us with a fair proposal for the work, and completed the job as planned. They cleaned up daily and we could not have been happier with the work they did for us removing popcorn ceilings, texturizing ceilings, painting walls, painting ceilings and refinishing and re-staining cabinets. Sean and his team are great and have done multiple projects for us over the years and the results have always been outstanding!”

“My experience was very negative. I have a few things to reveal about Sean but I have to give myself a little time to find the right words to explain my interactions with him. I will be posting another review soon.”

“Amazing service, quick and reliable. Boss is a funny guy to talk to. Gave me a great deal on everything I asked for. Would definitely recommend to anyone that asked.”
