Kumback Painting and Remodeling

Kumback Painting and Remodeling handles painting and remodeling work out of Denton, TX. Paul runs the company and takes on jobs that include interior wall repairs, repainting, bathroom updates with new fixtures and flooring, and garage floor painting. Reviewers name Paul along with Jovani and Giovani as the crew members who show up for these projects.

Customers describe Paul and his team coming out for interior wall fixes followed by fresh paint, full bathroom remodels that add fixtures and new flooring, garage floor coatings, and fast repairs needed to get a house ready for sale. One reviewer noted a garage floor coating applied for eight hundred dollars that started peeling after three weeks, and that same customer said Paul blocked calls instead of returning messages to address the problem. Other reviews point to walls and bathrooms that ended up looking solid after the work was done.

The crew sticks to an eight to five or six schedule most days and keeps working on Saturdays. Reviewers say Paul arrives right away when called for repairs, charges rates that line up well with other outfits in the area, and keeps communication open on most jobs. They cover Denton and stick to straightforward pricing without extra markups on the materials or labor.

The company sits at a 4.7 rating across twelve Google reviews. Most feedback highlights steady quality on paint and remodel work plus solid customer service from Paul and the crew, though one review raised a complaint about follow-up on a garage floor coating that failed soon after completion.

“Paul and Jovani have been great. He is The only contractor I’ve ever hired that actually works from 8- 5 or 6 pm everyday including Saturday’s. I will definitely use Paul again. He had done an excellent job!”

“Great quality work for a fair price. We had our interior walls repaired and re-painted, and our bathrooms remodeled with new fixtures and flooring. Everything looks great. Paul and Giovani are very reliable and trustworthy.”

“Paul and his team are super experienced and do really well. I have used him for a few of my projects and have got awesome results. I will continue to use them for future times. Plus the fact his rates are good compared to the industry.”

“Paul, very unprofessional to block a customer's cellphone to avoid conversations regarding my garage floor which paint is coming off due to your mistake preparing the concrete. You did the job just 3 weeeks ago for $800, is this worth your reputation and a customer's satisfaction??? You advised you were going to call me back and instead blocked my number. I am willing to update my review once you stop hidding and correct the job. On the other side, I feel robbed and willig to proceed forward to last consequences until you respond on the job you did. I am sure your potential cuatomers would like you to do the right thing. Let me know if you deleted my number and need it to get in contact, Raul”
