“I’ve searched for someone to fix my drywall and FINALLY it’s done. The toilet ran over upstairs, and the water restoration guy cut a hole in my ceiling to dry it out. After almost two long years of trying to find someone to fix it, several repair specialist came by to give estimates. Some never showed back up to do the work and some prices were so unreasonable. One phone call to Nick’s repair, not only was he was here to give an estimate, but jumped on the project almost immediately. His prices were very reasonable and as you can see in the photos, his work was immeasurable. I cannot even tell a hole was in the ceiling! There was hardly any clean up afterwards. “Recently my wife hired nick and his crew to paint our youngest son’s room. They did such a good job we hired them again to paint a majority of the inside of the house. Nick and Dennis came out and made quick work of the job. They both were professional and Nick even let my two year old help a little, Which made his day. “I had a very disappointing experience with Nick. Every time I called to schedule an appointment, I was met with the same response: "No, I cannot. I can only do it right now." I would call as early as 8:00 a.m. hoping to schedule a repair, but instead of offering another available time or trying to accommodate me, I was simply told no. Then he never shows up when I do say okay. It was confusing and unprofessional. If you're offering house repair services, customers should be able to schedule appointments, especially when they're calling in advance. If your availability is limited because you're focused on contract work, that should be clearly communicated on your website so customers know what to expect. Good customer service is about treating every customer with respect, regardless of the size of the job. Unfortunately, I felt dismissed rather than valued. A little courtesy goes a long way. People may forget what you said, but they remember how you made them feel. Unfortunately, you made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. “They worked from 8:30 AM until 7pm for 5 days until the job was done to our satisfaction. The quality of work was excellent. The prices were more than reasonable. We were very satisfied with the finished product. Nick really cares about doing a good job . I will definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for house painters .”

“Nick and his partner did a good job installing the drywall and tile in the bathroom. However, he failed to return to complete the job, even though he had been paid. He failed to trim the new doors he installed, touch up painting, and address plumbing issues. He set several appointments to return, but never did. The last time he failed to show up, he told me that if I could not wait, I could get someone else. I was very disappointed in his lack of professionalism. I waited three weeks for him to return. If you do get Nick to do your job, I suggest you ensure everything is completed and documented in writing before paying him in full.”

“Contacted Nick on his website Friday afternoon about an exterior brick chimney that I needed painted. Within just a few minutes, he called me, and after sending him some pictures of the chimney, he quoted me a very fair price for the job. When I asked him how soon he would be able to get to it, he said "How about today?" Needless to say, I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised! Nick said they were finishing up another job, and would be at my house as soon as possible. He and his crew arrived shortly thereafter, and worked until dark to get the job finished. They did a fantastic job! My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with his quality of work. Nick even replaced a brick that had been missing on my chimney since we bought our house 30 years ago! When my wife was concerned that this weekend's heavy rain might wash away some of the paint if it hasn't had time to dry enough, Nick said that he would come back Monday to look at it and touch it up if needed!
