Pros LLC

Pros LLC runs painting and flooring operations from Florence with a focus on commercial epoxy flooring systems and high performance concrete coatings. They install grind and seal systems along with industrial floor epoxy coatings for facilities and also handle concrete construction along with commercial general contracting. Additional services include metal framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, commercial and industrial electrical, HVAC, gas, and plumbing. The outfit stays licensed with the State of Alabama, insured, bonded, and OSHA certified while keeping a headquarters in Florence and reaching locations such as Huntsville and Tuscaloosa.

Customers describe epoxy work on garage floors, patios, breezeways, laundry rooms, and bathroom floors that came out clean and durable. Some jobs involved fence builds that went up quickly with solid results or staining on front porches that matched the requested color and texture. Technicians such as Adam, Beau Sharer, David, Keith, and Colby Reynolds show up in accounts for fixing surfaces right the first time, protecting surrounding areas during work, and finishing without extra delays. A few projects needed multiple visits to correct bubbles or cleanup issues, yet most owners report floors that hold up well under daily use.

They provide same day estimates and keep regular hours from Monday to Friday eight to five while serving the Southeast. Reviews note fair pricing that often beats other quotes, solid communication on arrival times, and crews that clean up after themselves and reimburse for any small oversights like leftover materials. Work covers commercial sites and residential properties alike with crews traveling to handle both small repairs and larger installs without stretching timelines.

The record sits at a Google rating of 4.9 from 70 reviews with most feedback highlighting floor appearance, crew professionalism, and reliable follow through on promises. A small number of reviews point to communication or punctuality gaps yet the bulk of jobs end with owners satisfied enough to call them back for future work. DIRT Score 4.6 from N reviews on Finds.

“Pros did an AMAZING job on our breezeways and laundry room at Legacy Park. We will definitely be using them again on our next project.”

“PROS GC and Adam Brown have been amazing to work with. They get the job done right the first time. The responsiveness and creativity from Beau Sharer and his team have made every project a dream. I will most definitely work with them again in the near future!”

“I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a professional job and great people to work with. From the beginning of the job to the end I was very happy with the way they handled my job.”

“DON'T DO IT! Go with another company. It took them 4 attempts to get my garage and patio done, and there are still bubbles in my patio, which they have refused to fix. They also left a huge mess on my patio and in my garage. They damaged the base boards all the way around the garage, left duct tape all over my patio and had to borrow my bed sheets to block the sun, because they didn't do the patio in the morning for the 4th day in a row, WHICH THEY NAILED THROUGH AND RUINED!!! I paid this company several thousand dollars for a shoddy job, damage to my home, a $150 set of bed sheets ruined, and a huge mess that I had to clean up myself. You'd be better off just not getting the floor done. The attached photos are of the damage and mess they left after they were supposedly done. I informed Adam of the damage/mess, and they have not returned or offered to fix any of the damage to my home.”

“They get the job done quick and are super reliable. Our fence looks amazing and I would recommend anyone to these guys.”

“Thank you to the Pros crew! They/you all did an amazing job, protected out plants, cleaned up, corrected a few items we pointed out, reimbursed us on the left over shingles… We really appreciate how smooth it all went. Thank you for being a company with integrity and high level of quality work! Would recommend Pros to anyone!!!”

“5 stars on quality of flooring. You will not be disappointed. Great looking floors. Three stars on communication/punctuality as to what time they will arrive. Nonetheless, they work extremely hard and the floors look awesome.”

“PROS did an amazing job on my bathroom floors!!! They had the best prices(and I quoted a lot of flooring companies) the guys that did it were very respectful and responsible. They got them done quickly. Adam is the absolute best also. He always answered my calls if I had questions.”

“They helped build our fence. They put it up fast and the cost was amazing.”

“Great customer service and they do amazing work. That Colby Reynolds guy knows what he’s talking about when it comes to woodworking.”

“Did not know about this company, but a friend recommended them. They came out, looked at the job, which was a 20x20 garage floor. They were very helpful, and recommended an epoxy with flakes and clear sealer. Turned out beautiful. The guys that did the work were very professional and knew their business. The only problem is now the floor looks so good, I have to paint the walls and trim. Highly recommend!”

“What can I say? These guys do outstanding work. You can trust Adam and his team of professionals to treat your project like they would their own home or business. Meticulous attention to detail, top notch communication and deliver on their promises. 5 STARS all the way around!”

“I want to highly recommend Pros Floors for installing fences. They did a beautiful job installing my Weatherables backyard fence. They show up when they say they are coming and they continue to show up daily until they finish the job. They are very courteous and I am thrilled with the awesome job they did in putting up my privacy fence. I am glad I chose them to install my fence.”

“From start to finish the entire process with PROS LLC was excellent. The guys are very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job throughout our job. I would definitely recommend them.”

“They did a great job on our floors and came in under the estimate”

“My husband and I have been talking about staining our front porch for the last 3 years. We finally decided to take the plunge and have it done. We used Pros Floors for this service and we are so thankful we did! Adam was so helpful throughout the whole process, from deciding what color/texture to explaining the installation process, to completion of the job! We love it! We highly recommend Pros Floors!”

“David and Keith did a phenomenal job repairing my garage floor and installing an epoxy floor. They were timely, professional, informative, super easy to work with and the price was really reasonable compared to other companies. Several of my neighbors are jealous of my floor and now considering having theirs done. I HIGHLY recommend ProsFloors, and ProsFloors Northwest for this kind of work. I love my new floor!!!”
