“Apologies for the long review but the amount of effort that went into the completion of this project warrants a thorough and detailed review. 1. Workers/Foreman: Luis (the foreman) and his team were a pleasure to work with. Hardworking, understanding, empathetic and an all around joy to work with. They lacked leadership but that is at the fault of management (see point 2). 2. Owner/Management/Leadership: Every interaction with Mr. Gomez was strained. Every encounter was accompanied with snarkiness, defensiveness and unprofessionalism. The staff lacked leadership as the project manager/customer relationship manager was fired mid-project. That resulted in the owner being the sole project manager of our project. Each walk-throughs was rushed and inquiries remained unanswered. Simple questions, such as “how long should we wait to shower” were addressed with a blanket statement of “whenever you feel it’s appropriate… whenever you are comfortable with it.” If a customer is looking for recommendations and painting is your forte/area of expertise, it would be helpful if the owner could provide recommendations. 3. Complications/Issues: We inquired about the installation of an accent wall”
