“David has done several projects for me from painting to building and installing a much needed storage cabinet for my laundry room. He is honest, professional and very talented. “We chose Garland Paint and Remodeling to do our bathroom remodel. Our layout was a separate tub and shower that we wanted converted to a large walk-in shower. From the start of the job David was upfront, honest, and communicated well on start times and schedule. If there were any changes or things that came up during the job, they were communicated to us, and we were given options on moving forward. They do what they say they will do and take pride in what they do. He is a craftsman! The overall project included our large walk-in shower, an add-on cabinet (painted and trimmed out), drywall/texture throughout bathroom, tiling (floors and shower), a new windowsill, and fresh paint. He also had a contact for the custom glass we needed for our shower and the bathroom window replacement. We are very happy with this whole process from start to finish. This is a very honest and upfront company that cares about their customers. We were so happy with his work we also had them replace our front door! We will be using them in the future, and I would refer them to anyone looking into any type of remodeling work. These days it is hard to find an honest, hardworking Christian contractor who will honor what he said he would do AND do it well. “The work involved replacing all the fascia around the roof, and the trim on 4 upper floor windows. Painting was also required. The contractor returned the initial call within minutes, gave us a fair and reasonable quote the next day, and started work within a couple of days. They performed all the work on budget, and in about half the time quoted. The quality was excellent. I highly recommend them.”

“David did my full remodel in my livingroom, dining room and entryway. I went from extremely textured ceiling and walls to completely smooth drywall and paint, no texture. Everything was done seemlessly. He took a wall down for me opened up the whole area. We had a lot of old flooring to fix and new flooring to put in. He does beautiful tile work, some of the best I have seen and has a quick k turn around. We got everything done in a week! He’s great at what he does and I highly recommend him.
