“Johnny Alexander was my ProCo representative and he was phenomenal. I felt like a very needy customer as I didn't know what I was doing and unfortunately Im very busy so it was hard to give him my full attention at all times during the process. He was very helpful, informative, and most of all patient when I would make last minute changes to the order. The end result was a beautiful, top tier roof that transformed my house. Johnny was in constant contact with me and walked me through every step. When a hired outsidecontractor made a mistake on the siding, he immediately got him to come back and make the adjustment. I can't recommend this company enough. I hear they are a bit pricey compared to other companies, but you get what you pay for. Top quality products, installation, and an unheard of 10 year warranty. If you want the best, go with ProCo.”

“If you're looking for a roof replacement, look no further than the Roof Shepherd himself, David Rodrigues of Proco Roofing. A few months ago, an exterminator discovered a hole in our roof while checking for squirrels. David and his crew went out of their way and placed a solid, temporary patch over the hole. David and his crew did this at 11:30 at night, hours before severe weather hit the area. David did this right at the beginning of the process which most roofers would never bother to do. David and the crew did an excellent job, along with the full replacement of our gutters!!! The roof looks great and we are extremely happy with the result. David stayed in constant contact throughout the process and explained how to smoothly get things done with the insurance company, which we all know can be a pain. “These guys are fast and professional. They used the materials I requested to get a homeownwers insurance discount, and completed the forms for me the insurance company wanted. They did a great job cleaning up aftwerwards as well. The crew was fast, completing my new roof in one day. They showed me pictures of the few spots of rot damaged sheeting they replaced. “I can’t say enough good things about Andrew Benza and ProCo Roofing. From the very beginning, after spending considerable time thoroughly inspecting our roof, Andrew told us it was in good condition and did not need to be replaced. His honesty and straightforward assessment were refreshing compared to several other roofers we spoke with. What really stood out was the difference between Andrew and the other roofing companies we contacted. Several roofers seemed far more interested in selling us a new roof than in determining whether we actually needed one. From the very first call, Drue and Sara were on top of everything — responsive, organized, and clearly committed to helping us navigate the insurance process.
