“Scheduled to have technicians identify the source of a leak for an upstairs condo I own. They were able to troubleshoot and root cause the issue to a worn wax ring. They repaired the ring and also replaced all damaged sheet rock downstairs. The repair was done in a timely manner, technicians were nice and arrived on time. Quality of work was superb, you cannot tell there was any water damage.”

“This company was hired by my rental agency. DO NOT recommend. I’ve been waiting to hear back from them but I don’t think I will. They took out our old French doors and installed new ones. One of the doors is fine but the other one was hung crooked. They’ve sent technicians back out twice that don’t understand the reason they are there. I’ve had to call one of their workers, Nelson, to translate every time to try to explain what needs to be done. He assured me both times that this is not the quality of work they aspire to. The last time the workers came out they took the door off the hinges and reattached it three times because each time the door wouldn’t even close. They then brought wood in to try to shimmy the hinges and made the door squeak very loudly and STILL couldn’t close. After that I called Nelson and told him to just put the door back the way they found it and leave because they clearly didn’t know what they were doing. Not sure how they expected to hang a door plumb without a level. The second issue we had was the door they took off had a handle and deadbolt, the one they put back up had no deadbolt. Nelson assured me his guys said they put all the hardware back on that they took off, I had to convince him to look at the pictures sent of the old door and the new one for him to admit they didn’t put the deadbolt back on. He told me there was nothing they could do about it because the new door didn’t have a hole for a deadbolt. Sounds like the company bought the wrong door then. Nelson told me he would pass my information on to his supervisor so we could actually get these problems fixed but it’s been a week and haven’t heard anything. Hopefully my rental company technicians can fix all the problems this company left behind.”

“I had Alfred’s Construction and Renovation come out to repair some water leak through the ceiling happening in my home and they did an excellent job. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He explained what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and the results look great—like nothing was ever damaged. Turned out a water pipe had burst who knows how long ago and it was about to make a big mess through the ceiling, 1 more day with this going on and I could've been under a bunch of sheetrock and insulation while sleeping!!! I really appreciated how helpful and kind he was throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or renovation work. I wish I took some pictures to show y'all.”

“The vendor that my landlord had hired didn’t show up so they sent Alfred’s out. These guys showed up and 6:30pm and stayed until 9:30 replacing the hot water heater and cleaned up all the water then we’re back out by 8am the very next day which was a Saturday and pulled up carpet and did more cleaning from the water damage. Then came back out first thing Monday to finish up. These guys were great! Professional, courteous and on time. Highly recommend and some day when I own my home I will call them!”
