Furniture and Then Some

Furniture and Then Some works as painters out of Houston, Texas. The outfit got started by Chaz Hardin, a young African American entrepreneur who set up the company to handle painting jobs around the city. They focus on residential painting work, taking care of both inside and outside surfaces for homes that deal with the local conditions. Hardin built the business to bring straightforward painting services to homeowners who need walls, trim, and exteriors refreshed without extra layers of hassle. The crew stays active on projects that keep houses looking solid through Houston's weather swings.

Painters in this area often face heavy humidity and sudden downpours that can damage fresh coats, so crews like this one prep surfaces carefully with proper cleaning and priming to hold up over time. Common jobs include exterior painting on wood and brick homes to block moisture and sun fade, plus interior work such as covering ceilings, doors, and baseboards in older properties where peeling happens fast from the heat. They move through rooms methodically, using steady brushes and rollers for even coverage while protecting floors and furniture. Homeowners around Houston run into issues like mildew on shaded sides of houses or fading on south-facing walls, and these painters tackle those by selecting paints that resist the moisture and temperature shifts common here.

Customers note solid results from quick response times on scheduling, clean finishes that last, reasonable rates for the amount of surface covered, and clear updates during the job. That mix of steady performance across speed, quality, price, and communication has built their standing with local homeowners who need reliable painting help.
