Stuko Application & Repair

Stuko Application & Repair works out of Houston, Texas as painters who specialize in stucco surfaces on houses and commercial buildings. The crew handles repairs and waterproofing jobs across the greater Houston area where constant humidity and heavy downpours push moisture behind stucco and rot the framing underneath. Local homeowners see this damage show up as cracks, soft spots, and interior plaster problems after storms roll through. The company steps in to stop the water before it spreads further and turns a small fix into a full wall replacement. They focus on getting the exterior sealed tight again so the structure stays solid through another season of Texas weather.

Painters from this outfit inspect the stucco for intrusion points, cut out damaged sections, apply new base coats, and finish with waterproof layers that stand up to the heat and rain. They work on both homes and businesses, tackling spots where previous patches failed or where drainage around the foundation lets water sit too long. In Houston the ground stays wet for weeks after a front passes, so crews pay extra attention to weep holes and seal joints around windows and doors. The work keeps the paint from peeling off the stucco and stops mold from growing inside the walls where owners cannot see it right away.

Customers in this line of work notice how fast the crew shows up when leaks appear, how the patches hold without cracking again in the humidity, and how the final bill stays in line with what was quoted up front. Clear talk about what needs doing and what does not keeps surprises off the table. DIRT Score 4.07 from 47 reviews on Finds.
