“Vlad did a great job refurbishing, sanding and staining our water damaged and faded wood patio ceiling, along with various other exterior repair projects including stucco repair and paint and installing new hidden stone door for outdoor kitchen gas access panel. Vlads work throughout was thorough and detailed. He even hammered the damaged boards back into place and ensured best color match possible Lena was great to work with as well. She provided multiple options in different budgets for various projects and kept us informed and checked on our satisfaction at key points along the way. She also worked to find good prices on materials, including a matching granite remnant. The work area was also draped off well to contain dust and protect our floors and pool.”

“Vladimir did an amazing job on my kitchen tile, and I couldn’t be happier! It’s been two months since the installation, and everything still looks perfect. Elena was super responsive and helpful with the estimates, scheduling, and all my questions about materials. They’re such a great team — professional, kind, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!”

“Wonderful experience working with Vlad and Lena. From quote to clean-up they were kind and professional. I had a major issue with my shower which caused damage to my closet - they responded quickly to help me out. Excellent work. I would absolutely use them again.”

“The work done by Vladimir and Lena was first class. They were very courteous, professional and neat. Initial cabinet work was done by another contractor and was substandard in fit and finish. Despite this adding to the challenge, Vladimir was able to resolve the previous issues and leave us with a beautiful result. Wish we would have hired Lukin Home Remodeling first and will use them for several other upcoming projects. Their level of attention to detail and quality workmanship is outstanding. Their protection of our home and cleanup was very good as well. They were a pleasure to work with.”

“We needed an emergency renovation after detecting a leak in our master bathroom. Vladimir and Elena responded quickly, walked us through lots of options, and did an amazing job. “We had an outstanding experience working with Elena and Vladimir from Lukin Home Remodeling. From start to finish, they were incredibly flexible, communicative, and truly willing to think outside the box to make our vision come to life. Their responsiveness and openness to feedback made the entire remodeling process smooth and stress-free, and they consistently went above and beyond our expectations. They completed a full renovation of our home, including painting, plumbing, flooring, tile installation, electrical and lighting work, and rebuilding our deck. They also paid close attention to the smaller details—like replacing fixtures and door hinges—which really made a difference in the final result. The quality of their work is excellent, and their turnaround time was impressively fast without sacrificing craftsmanship. Beyond their technical skills, Elena and Vladimir are genuinely kind, trustworthy people who clearly care about their clients and their work. We are beyond happy with how our home turned out and would not hesitate to use Lukin Home Remodeling again in the future. Highly recommend! —Katie and Rodolfo”

“Bought a home out of date from the 70's and Lukin did a very affordable great job. all our interior paint and also framed/tiled our fireplace. The cabinet paint job looks great, walls, everything they did. A few touch ups afterward they did for us also. I think the fireplace looks amazing! Everyone loves it and it really makes our new place a home that we love. I would definitely recommend you give them a call if your budgeting your reno and want to get the most professional and worry free work out of your money. Thanks Lena and Vladimir”

“I recently had Lukin Home Remodeling do a remodeling job at our lake house in Lago Vista, Texas and I cannot say enough good things about them. Lena and Vladimir are amazing! Vladimir did an awesome job and is so talented and meticulous. Lena was so helpful and organized through out the entire job and stayed in constant communication. I would highly recommend them for any type of home project you are having done because I feel there is nothing the 2 of them can't do. I work with a lot of contractors in my profession and can truly say that this was the best experience ever. They are the most responsive, organized, talented contractor out there. I felt like we became friends by the end of the job. Highly recommend!”

“Vladimir and Lena recently completed a remodeling of a guest bathroom ,dining nook, master bedroom and bath under the direction of Hope Boyd, my interior designer. Their work was timely and nearly flawless. Both are active participants in the work process, and I had no hesitation in allowing them to complete tasks even when I had to be away from the premises. They work hard, are on time, pleasant to a fault and clean up completely each day. They did a particularly tough wallpaper hang in the guest bath. The job looks great, and I could not be more pleased. I would not hesitate to use them for any decorative remodel. Mike Maine”

“We recently completed a remodel with Lena and Vladimir. It involved removing and reinstalling bathroom vanities, painting, tile installation, plumbing, carpeting and garage restoration. I have done many remodel projects over the years and have never had a more pleasant, professional experience as I experienced with Lena and Vladimir. I highly recommend them..”

“We hired Lukin Home Remodeling to re-paint our main living areas in our newly purchased home in Lago Vista. I can’t say enough about how professional both Lena and Vladimir were. Vladimir did an excellent job, was very detailed and respectful to handling preparations etc. Lena was always on top of communicating the process as well as any potential issues. I personally appreciated their candor as we tried to make decisions on colors or how we wanted a certain color applied. As they are local to Lago Vista logistics were much easier. We will be using them again in future home projects - like flooring replacement!”

“Lena and Vladimir made our bathroom and laundry room remodel totally painless. Lena is very quick to respond to any questions and she makes sure to send progress photos during the remodel. They work efficiently and timely, and are very communicative. Because of their excellent communication, fair pricing, and beautiful quality of work, we have hired them again for a second round of remodeling. We would recommend Lukin Home Remodeling to anyone looking.”

“Lukin Home Remodeling was referred to my wife and I through a co-worker. Vladimir and Lena helped us with interior painting, door installation, and popcorn removal. They were both trustworthy, considerate, patient and timely. Vladimir even took the time to look at our dryer, which had nothing to do with the work we initially discussed. The work was beautiful and we look forward to using their services again in the future. Extraordinary value. Highly recommended.”

“I love working with Lena and Vladimir. They are very professional, easy to work with, on time, and produce quality work every time. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They stand behind their work 100%! I highly recommend Lukin Home Remodlling!”

“We are welcoming a new tenant in one of the rental properties right after the existing tenant moved out. We are working on a list of improvements, including repaint the master bedroom. I was very impressed with their speed of response, listening, and understanding the urgency. What impressed me most is that even for such a last-minute project, they still managed to take a trip to check on the house before they gave the quotation. They are doing this for just one room painting. They take your business seriously, no matter big or small. This kind of extra effort makes communication so smooth, accurate, and the experience was personable and professional. The work quality is excellent! Vladimir is the best respectful craftsman! The peace of mind and time saving is the extra value you are getting working with Lena and Vladimir. We just came in the morning, gave Vladimir the key, then we can go and work on other projects. At 5 pm, when we returned, everything was completed clean and refreshing! Thank you! Lena and Vladimir.”

“Vlad is a meticulous workman, and he did an excellent job in both painting and carpentry. He keeps a very tidy work area, unlike some who scatter debris all over the worksite. We were very pleased with our work done by Vladimir. Lena kept excellent records and provided clear and timely communication with us throughout the project. Our neighbors have already engaged them for a project in their new home. We highly recommend Lukin Remodeling.”

“We have used the Lukin team for a variety of projects at our house - from repairing large drywall holes and painting, to wallpapering and fixing miscellaneous items. We found them to be great communicators who showed up on time and were clear in their estimating process. We also really appreciated their attention to detail and perfectionism. Everything looks very well done and professional. We also really appreciated the care they took to keep the worksite clean and orderly throughout the process. We will continue to use them for more projects that come up in our house!”

“Great company! By far best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Especially nowadays in construction industry... Vladimir and Lena are always punctual, responsive, and courteous. We bought a brand new house and were very disappointed with its quality. They came and evaluated our whole remodel project and gave a fair estimate for flooring, tiles, paint and installation. Some delays were related to COVID and not anything on the company. Once the supplies arrived, their team arrived as agreed and made excellent progress finishing project right on time. Company and its employees were professional, friendly and incredibly thorough, helpful and hardworking. High quality work. They were also quite creative in getting our tiles installed as it was challenging. They made it work and beautifully so. We hope to work with them again, because they were that great. We highly recommend them.”

“I have to do this... I am writing a review because it will be a disservice to the rest of the people if they don't know of the quality work Vladimir of Lukin home remodeling is providing. We just had a project completed (May 2020, Lago Vista TX) by him and his wife Lena and the quality of work is remarkable. He is truly an artist of his trade and we are looking forward to working with him on any other project around the house. Thank you for your hard work, beautiful results and reasonable price!”
