“When first speaking they said they would be able to get us in the 22, then later that week it had changed to the 29. About a week ago, we had a water leak which would effect the ceilings being painted, ended with a hole in our ceiling, called to see if we could get a quote. A few days before the 29, one of the guys reached out stating that he would be coming to do the dry wall and did not mention anything about painting, Stated my job would have to be pushed back because I had not given a deposit, when the guy specifically told me to hold off on the deposit. The lack of communication and then the harassment stating I was not a good match. Unbelievable. Poor customer service. I had my schedule planned around this and I don’t believe this company was going to reach out until the 29”
