We loved our professional, all female crew as they were both very talented and very clean. They really treated our property as if it were their own and even took their trash daily never once putting even a piece a tape in my trash can, wow. “Had a great experience with them! We got our house powerwashed poorly by someone and a lot of the paint from the house came off. Yes, the house is old, but shouldn't have been that bad. I reached out to 5star for a quote and Zach came out a day later to take a look. He surveyed the house and gave me a detailed, itemized quote before he left that same day. “The work was decent quality. The issue is they sold us and were selected based on the fact that they would properly remediate the lead paint on the exterior of our home - proper taping, thick plastic, wet sanding, etc. They even brought out a lead paint tester presumably to upsell this service. They were quite a bit more expensive than other quotes for this reason. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and felt it was worth it to have it done correctly knowing our child would grow up playing in this yard. When they started sanding they put down no plastic. I wasn’t able to communicate with the workers directly about this and had to call the project manager. He came out and had them put down plastic. It was not the proper thickness or staked down. As soon as a big gust of wind came through, all the pain chips flew into our yard. I was trying to reach the project manager again that afternoon when it started pouring. He did not get back to me over the next few days. Their fix was to come out a few weeks later and “vacuum” up the chips. Everyone knows this is not the appropriate way to remediate lead paint in soil, especially after a rain. Again, the house looked great when they finished”
