Pristine Construction

Pristine Construction works as a painter out of Midland Texas. They handle interior house painting along with fixes for settling cracks bull nose that has popped loose and spots where roofing nails pushed through after roof work. The company also takes on patio repaints pool repaints and occasional door repairs as part of the painting projects. Their site lists free estimates by phone text or email and notes they have operated in the area since 2020 with a crew that measures plans and installs on the jobs they accept.

Reviewers describe jobs that covered 3100 square feet of interior painting and crack repair in four and a half days with a crew that dropped from five workers to three by the end. One patio repaint came together on short notice after several bids. A pool repaint produced clean results with steady updates from the crew. A back door fix got finished after a quick response and a few other painting or repair calls led to solid outcomes on quality and timing. One customer waited nearly a month for an estimate after an initial visit and ended up going elsewhere while another never received a return call after missing an appointment.

Work moves forward with crews that arrive on time and stay polite during the job. Response to initial contacts varies with some customers getting estimates and schedules inside a week and others facing delays that stretched into weeks. Pricing came across as reasonable on the larger interior job and the patio repaint. All of this stays inside Midland Texas with no mention of set hours beyond the ability to book through calls or texts.

“We needed the inside of our home painted and settling cracks repaired. We wanted to match the paint and were given estimates if the paint were able to be matched and if it weren’t. Every piece of bull nose in our home had popped up and needed repaired. There were several spots where roofing nails came through when our roof was replaced 2 years ago and needed repaired. We received reasonable estimates. A crew of 5 started the job and it ended up with 3 completing it. The job, from start to finish, took 4 1/2 days for 3100 sq ft. My husband and I are both very happy with the end result, the conscientious and polite crew, and the cost. We highly recommend Pristine Construction.”

“We were moving and wanted to repaint our patio on short notice. We got several estimates but Pristine was reasonable and reliably responsive so we could get it scheduled within the week. Day of the crew showed up on time, we’re professional, and did a good job.”

“The staff are friendly but not very responsive with receiving an estimate in a timely manner, it took almost 1 month after someone came to look at the work that needed to be done (early September) before receiving the estimate, I requested the estimate quite a few times in between. I received an all inclusive estimate on 9/25, & requested an itemized estimate on 9/25. Still haven’t received anything & it’s 10/17. I was definitely looking forward to working with this company but have had to move forward with another due to their lack of response & needing to get the work done.”

“Pristine Construction just did a BEAUTIFUL job repainting our pool!! They were so easy to work with and were great at communicating every step of the way!”

“Good Quality construction with on time response employees are always respectful, on time and very knowledgeable about the task they are doing. Will most definitely have them back shortly for more work absolutely impressed.”
