CertaPro Painters of Greystone

CertaPro Painters of Greystone handles painting work in Pelham. Bill Heath runs the crew and lines up jobs for homes and businesses. They handle full interior repaints, exterior house painting, deck and fence staining, wood repairs, and trim work. The company sends teams out for free estimates after a quick call to the listed number and covers both residential properties and commercial spots in the area.

Homeowners call out specific jobs like complete interior refreshes on three bedroom houses that finish in under two days or exterior staining on shadow box fences added to the main paint work. Crews fix timing issues by working weekends when weather delays hit and handle multiple rooms with different paint needs at once. Reviewers note crews like Francisco's arrive on schedule, clean up each day, and walk the property at the end to confirm the results. Aaron and Jeff get mentioned for climbing ladders to touch up spots and handling wood replacement before painting.

Bill Heath shows up the next day after a request for a quote and walks the outside to match what the owner needs. Teams stay in touch during the job, keep prices in line with other bids, and skip upfront payments while backing the work with a warranty. They arrive on time each morning, work around pets or schedules, and finish faster than planned without pressure on choices. The crew stays neat with furniture and materials and responds to questions on the spot.

“Bill Heath provided a thorough estimate, and patiently answered all questions. He gave sound advice about timing for staining the deck, to wait, vs a 'sure we'll do that too now' approach. Francisco and his team thoughtfully advised arrival times, and cleaned up work areas each day before leaving. The team worked over the weekend due to a weather issue on a Friday, intended to get the work completed to the customer's satisfaction in as timely manner as possible. He did a walk around with us before leaving to insure we were happy. He was very kind, experienced, and open to all questions. CertaPro's price was good- in line with other quotes, with the bonus of a warranty, no up front fees, good customer service, and nice people to deal with. Quality paint was used, and good prep prior to insure the best outcome. Ceil was helpful with payment upon completion, and her communication was timely. My house looks brand new! I would recommend CertaPro, and hope to try them for interior painting when it's time.”

“We had a wonderful experience with CertaPro of Greystone painting the exterior & interior of our home. From start to finish, they were professional, dependable during the entire process. The crew did an excellent job, paid attention to detail, and took great care to make sure everything was done properly and on time. We couldn’t be happier with the results! I would definitely recommend CertaPro Greystone to anyone looking for quality work and a team they can trust.”

“Bill and his team at CertaPro of Greystone are great. They did a complete interior repainting of my home and did an incredible job. They were able to come out within a few days for a free estimate and gave me tons of useful information/recommendations that really helped guide my decisions from the start. I didn't feel pressured at all during the process, and their prices are super competitive. Once scheduled, the team was able to complete the entire project in just under 2 days (3bd/2ba; 1300 sq ft). Again, the finished product was amazing and you can tell they really take pride in their work because the attention to detail was great. I will definitely be using Bill and his team for any future projects!”

“CertraPro Painters did an excellent job on the outside of our home. They were very methodical, neat and responsive to our questions. They arrived on time each morning and worked very diligently to complete the project on time. I would recommend this company and their painters, Aaron and Jeff, to anyone without hesitation. Thank you a job well done!”

“Actually, I would rate 4.5. But that wasn't a choice. The owner got in touch right away. He came the next day and gave a prompt and very detailed quote on what was to painted. It was a competitive quote. It was complicated because there were several interior rooms, each with different things to be painted. The painters were very nice and did a really good job. They worked hard and were very flexible with working around my 9 pets. Also, I trusted them, and left the house to do errands. The only negatives were the guy who scheduled the job got the dates wrong so I waited for painters that never came. The scheduler was abrupt on the phone, unrepentant and hard to get ahold of. The painters missed a couple of spots, which I informed the office about, bit it has been 10 days at the writing of this review and they haven't made it back yet. Overall. The company did a really good job and I would use them again.”

“Bill, the owner, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and arrived prepared to win our business. The price was fair and included staining our 2.5 yr old shadow box fence and repainting our front entry door. The job was completed timely with a high level of excellence. We are extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Greystone.”
