“HRS completely renovated our primary bathroom (which is fairly large) and coordinated a new countertop installation and other smaller renovations in our kitchen. Additionally, I swapped out the countertops of the vanities, swapped out the bathtub, and opened up the shower for more steam escape. “I contacted Home Repair Services when we discovered water damage to the Masonite siding on our chimney. The extent of the damage was significant enough that a full siding replacement was warranted. We received several quotes to perform the work. Not only did the HRS quote come in lower then other competitors, their timeline for starting the project was substantially sooner. They began work less then 2 weeks after providing the written estimate. In addition to the siding replacement, the team was also able to identify the root cause of the damage, which was a missing section of roof flashing adjacent to the chimney. They repaired this and added additional “kick out” flashing to divert water away from the chimney towards the homes gutters. The project took a total of 2 days; the first day being demo and siding replacement and the second day being caulking and paint. I was very impressed with the caulk and paint work. The paint lines between the trim and the siding were perfectly straight. Cleanup of the demoed materials was also very thorough. Overall i was very pleased with the quality of the work and would highly recommend them.”
