The owner quickly came out for a bid on giant list of items (popcorn removal, multiple broken sheetrock repairs, painting rooms, painting cabinets, etc). Andrew came out and looked carefully at what needed to be done, offered his helpful input, and got a bid to me quickly. The price was very fair and I felt confident in Andrew's company after my interaction with him. Andrew and his team came out a few days later to start the work. They were *extremely* careful to prep everything to minimize dust and do a professional job. If you watch a video of drywall sanding, you'll get an idea of how messy it is. When they were done, the painting job was perfect, the crown molding was awesome, and they did a great job minimizing the dust. Andrew and his team was friendly and considerate throughout. It's clear that he and his employees take pride in doing their work well. I now know who to go to for any future paint or drywall work. Attached are before and after pictures. You can't tell there was ever a giant hole in the wall and ceiling. :-)”
