Next Door Painting

Next Door Painting works out of San Antonio, Texas as a straightforward painting crew that takes on both house and building jobs across the city. They handle residential work like interior rooms and kitchen cabinets along with exterior surfaces such as brick, stucco, and vinyl. San Antonio weather brings long stretches of strong sun followed by heavy rain that can peel paint fast, so the crew puts time into prep on drywall, texture fixes, and surface cleaning before any color goes on. They also manage commercial spaces and offer options like deck staining, fence work, and garage floor epoxy to match what local homeowners and property managers run into on a regular basis.

The painters cover interior painting from start to finish including popcorn ceiling removal, wallpaper stripping, and drywall patches before applying the right sheen or low VOC product. On the outside they pressure wash first, then handle carpentry touch ups and stain applications on wood decks and fences that see constant exposure. Color consultations help match what fits older San Antonio homes or newer builds, and they adapt to different textures and sheens depending on the job. This approach keeps the work moving without shortcuts on the base layers that matter most in the heat and humidity.

Customers keep coming back because the crew shows up on time, explains the steps clearly, and delivers finishes that hold up without extra callbacks. Reviews point to solid quality on prep work and fair pricing that lines up with the effort put into each project, especially when weather windows are short. Speed stands out on smaller fixes like cabinet jobs or pressure washing while bigger exterior coats get done right the first time. DIRT Score 4.04 from 42 reviews on Finds.
