TexFix Handyman and Painting

TexFix Handyman and Painting operates out of San Antonio as a painting specialist with roots in local home improvement work stretching back forty years. The crew takes on painting projects across the city, handling both houses and smaller properties where the Texas sun and humidity take a toll on surfaces. They focus on getting paint jobs done right the first time rather than rushing through them, and they cover the full range of needs from prepping walls to finishing touches. Homeowners in the area know them for showing up with the right tools and materials to match the older stucco homes and newer builds that fill San Antonio neighborhoods.

In practice they handle interior wall painting, exterior siding and stucco work, ceiling repairs, drywall fixes, and cabinet painting along with deck staining when the weather calls for it. San Antonio summers bake exterior paint fast, so crews often tackle faded siding and peeling fences before the next heat wave hits, while inside they manage wallpaper removal and touch ups after water damage or settling cracks. They move through jobs by assessing the surface first, prepping properly, then applying coats that hold up to the local moisture and dust. That approach keeps repeat calls down for things like smoke detector installs or minor fence repairs that sometimes come up alongside the main paint work.

Customers keep coming back because the team finishes on schedule without surprise costs and communicates clearly about what each step will take. Quality holds up in the harsh sun and the pricing stays reasonable for the amount of prep they put in. Speed matters when storms roll through and folks need quick exterior fixes, and the crew earns marks for clean results that last. DIRT Score 4.26 from 97 reviews on Finds.
