At Home Flooring

At Home Flooring operates as a painter in Wylie, Texas, with Ramzi running the day to day work. The company handles painting tasks alongside floor installations for hardwood, laminate, LVP, tile and carpet, plus kitchen and bath remodels that include baseboard work and old floor removal. Their address sits at 1001 Alanis Dr Ste 120, and they cover the full Dallas Fort Worth area. Ramzi meets customers to measure jobs himself and lines up the materials and crew.

Customers describe jobs that start with half finished laminate projects or worn out carpet throughout a house. Ramzi and his installers finish the laminate, add baseboards and quarter rounds, lay carpet on stairs, and replace entire upstairs floors in a single day. Other jobs involve pulling old berber carpet, installing porcelain tile across multiple rooms, weaving new engineered hardwood into existing floors, and completing kitchen remodels that tie in new counters and cabinets. Walter and the crew handle the physical installs on many of these projects, leaving clean results and matching the new work to the rest of the home.

Ramzi responds fast to calls, even on weekends, and sets install dates within days after the quote. He explains product options in plain terms, keeps prices comparable to other bids or lower, and stays reachable if questions come up during the work. The team moves furniture, removes old carpet at no extra charge, and finishes most jobs ahead of the original timeline while working in Wylie and surrounding spots in the Dallas Fort Worth region. Reviews note the crew works quick without cutting corners on seams or cleanup.

The company holds a 5 star Google rating. Reviewers keep coming back to the same points about Ramzi staying patient through selections, crews showing up on time, and the final floors or painted baseboards looking sharp after fast turnaround.

“At Home Flooring did an incredible job. They were very professional and very quick. Delivering the job faster than their original estimated time. The estimated job price was fair and comparable to anyone else out there. They pulled up all of the old flooring and applied new flooring through the whole house and cleaned top to bottom. I was really happy with their work and will definitely be using them again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone if you want good quality work at a fair price.”

“We just had our entire upstairs flooring replaced by Ramzi and his team, and I can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, Ramzi was so patient and easy to work with — he answered all our questions, helped us feel confident in our choices, and never once made us feel rushed. Not only was his quote the lowest of all the companies we spoke with, but the quality of the work far exceeded our expectations. His crew completed the whole project in just one day, installed and painted all new baseboards, and the results are amazing. The floors completely transformed our space! We picked Gaia American Maple. We’re beyond happy with our new floors and will absolutely use him again in the future.”

“UPDATE 7/25: I used At Home Flooring 3 years ago for new floors throughout most of my home. I was so pleased with Ramzi & his installers, that when I decided to remodel the kitchen my first thought was to contact Ramzi again. I couldn't be more pleased. He was able to get the flooring I wanted quickly & at a reasonable price. An install date was set up for just a few days later. The install team was professional & responsive. “We’ve hired At Home Flooring to install porcelain tile throughout our home as well as remodel our kitchen. Throughout the entire process, Ramzi and his son ensured that we were completely satisfied with the installation and design choices. He also was responsive in correcting any concerns or issues. The installers worked quickly and proficiently and we’re able to install the tile with very close and even seams. As for our kitchen, pricing was shockingly reasonable since we were in the process of installing floors. Issues with the counters and cabinets were all addressed without issue. “Got 3 quotes to replace 120 yards of old berber carpet, ramzi quote was just a little higher but he's carpet was so much better grade and texture, and he listen to me and my concerns and addressed them , the other 2 contractors did not and only offered the same cheap carpet , after dealing with hundreds of contractors thur the years (former owner , Ewing Airconditioning) it was nice to get superior customer service again !”

“At Home Flooring did an excellent job replacing my floors and we love them. Ramzi is a wonderful person to work with and very patient for someone who had lots of questions and took lots of samples home to make sure I was comfortable in my selection. This has truly been one of the best experiences I have had. The process from start to finish went as scheduled and planned. Installers were wonderful and job completed on time. “I had a residential flooring project with At Home flooring and they were great. Ramzy ensure timely material supply and installation. Walter and his crew provided the highest quality installation and were incredibly organized. I highly recommend their services for everyone!”

“This was probably the best experience when it comes to home renovations. First, I sent a request for a quote on a Sunday and got a call back immediately. Then Ramzi came to measure the very next Monday. My wife and I went to the store to pick and were impressed with the knowledge and advice offered. We ordered the carpet and were surprised that the installation day would be only one week after the order. I less than two weeks, have amazing new carpet installed. I highly recommend going with them for your flooring!”
