“I live in an apartment complex in Abilene and had a really bizarre experience today. I contacted my manager and he sent Steven out within about 30 minutes and he said he couldn’t believe it when they told him what it was. I heard a loud splash and water sounds and scratching sounds in my bathroom and ran in there to find a little squirrel had Somehow came out of the toilet! He thought it was a joke but I just closed the door and waited and he was there so fast. Very professional and still probably trying to think if it was real lol. I tried handling it myself with Borax ant traps, but two weeks into it I decided I needed professional intervention. Enter Bug Blasters: Caleb was my tech, and oh boy did he deliver! After the initial visit, to to assess and diagnose my specific ant/issue, Caleb followed up by strategically applying a granular compound across my property. Two hours later...amazing but true...my pesky problem was solved! I'd also note: Communication throughout this process was exceptional: I requested eco-friendly chemicals, as I have a lot of trees, ground cover and critters across my property. Caleb immediately understood my concern, and responded by switching up his game plan: He special-ordered an ant-specific repellant that is especially easy on soil and wildlife, to make the entire process as green as possible.
