“DO NOT RECOMMEND, Do Not Sign Up Until You Read the Contract Carefully I would not recommend this company based on my personal experience. The pest control for cockroaches has not worked as expected, but the bigger issue has been their customer service and handling of scheduled appointments. When I signed up, they were very persistent about getting me into a long-term contract and promised regular follow-up service. After the first service, I was told that someone would return after 30 days and that the follow-up visits would then automatically continue every 60 days. Here is what happened: • I waited 45 days after the first service, and nobody contacted me or came for the scheduled follow-up. • I had to call them myself. They apologized and scheduled a service for the next day based on my availability. However, the representative entered the wrong date, and the technician never showed up on the date I had requested. • I called again, expressed my frustration to the account manager, and was offered a free service coupon because of the missed appointment. • The account manager assured me that this would not happen again. “Updated: The techs are great but customer service and the billing is a complete mess. I had scheduled the service which was supposed to be every other month. Every time I have contacted the customer service line I have been told by reps the complete opposite of what was done. I've been charged when I was advised I would not. And not one time have we seen improvement in the pes t and actually the second time they came out, it got worse. Again the techs are great but I warn against this business. There is no accountability OR integrity for the customer service line or for the billing department . Paired with the ineffective pest control methods, this is simply a business to avoid at all costs. “UPDATE: 1Wk post cancelation. They have charged me multiple times POST service cancelation. Account manager (because they all have the highest of clearance, and the previous guy I spoke too was new- arent they all?) confirmed duplicate/incorrect charges with their billing department. Only resolution offered was two seperate "return to brooks" options, and upon refusal to come back to being a customer, they refused to refund their errors. They again admitted incorrect charges and then refused a refund and said account credit was the only option. Thats theft. They then would not confirm that they would stop continuing to send charges. So change your card after service. Wild. Looks like they have a habit of this con too. ORIGINAL: Terrible. Didn't even stay a year. Everytime you call there's always promise of no follow through. Was charged for monthly services but put on a bi-monthly schedule with no communication. Would call inquiring where my service was, had a rep say "oh they were due last week"?! I was charged and they wouldn't have scheduled it had it called. Was booked for first thing the next day and then was no showed. Some techs were thorough while others were gone in 10mi”

“First off they responded extremely quick to my inquiry. I was able to set up everything with them through texting. They listened to my concerns and got someone out here just a few hours after the initial text. Nikhil arrived on time and was very nice. He listened to our concerns and told us what he was doing where. He was fast and efficient and I'm glad I chose this company!”

“If you’re going to choose Brooks Pest Solutions, you’ll want Kevin every time. He was extremely informative and provided as many “dos and donts” as he could possibly think of and it’s very apparent he knows what he’s doing. The rest of the technicians aren’t worth their salt, unfortunately. I can’t speak to the effectiveness of the services because I lived in a roach infested apartment complex (Glen At Highpoint) and hiring this company was my last-ditch effort at saving my sanity. Though, not much was saved. This is by far the most unorganized company from start to finish of my contract. Initially when I called to hire Brooks Pest Solutions, I was told my contract would be for 1 year, paying every other month when the service was completed. Mind you, they did not perform any service prior to my signing a contract and I had zero idea of the effectiveness of the pest control efforts. I receive my initial contract via email and I see that I’m locked in for 2 years and paying $80+ every month. I called within the 3 day grace period outlined in the contract, and, I’ll give them this one, their customer service team was very understanding of my financial situation and contract expectat”
