“2025 UPDATE: I wish I had a recorder and a dollar for every time I have received a compliment or recognition for my yard. I would be able to share those proud moments with you by playing it back and I would have a pocketful of cash! “Their Tree and Shrub service is a complete waste of money. We have been a client for the past 5 years, and from what I can tell, our trees and shrubs haven't really benefited from their services. We recently have had two trees start to become brown. I emailed them last week with pictures, and their tech showed up today. I didn't even see him step out of the truck but he seemed to be busy writing up some notes (without even stepping out to look at the trees). When I stopped by and offered to show him the trees and to discuss the issues we were seeing, he didn't seem like he wanted to engage. He just shrugged his shoulders and nonchalantly mentioned the issues were "probably due to heat stress." He indicated he had little time to discuss the problems with me in person or discuss any legitimate remediation measures (other than hoping the weather would cool down soon - which is plain commonsensical). He then said he will look at the trees and leave a note outside my door once he's done. Then he spent a few minutes walking around with a sprayer and then took off without even leaving the note he promised. Go figure.... If the trees do make it, it will be no thanks to these guys! However, I soon realized that wasn't CitiTurf's actual team at all. The very next day, one of the owners/managers reached out directly to apologize for the miscommunication and the experience with the call center. They sent someone out to my house that exact same day—completely free of charge—to make everything right.
