“Holly at A Star Pest Control is absolutely incredible. We were dealing with a brown recluse spider problem, and it was honestly terrifying. From the very beginning, Holly took our concerns seriously and was so knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring during a really stressful situation. She was incredibly thorough—setting traps, explaining exactly what we were dealing with, and walking us through every step of the process so we felt informed and safe in our own home again. The results spoke for themselves, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing the issue was being handled properly. What truly sets Holly apart is how much she cares. She didn’t rush, she answered all of our questions, and she made sure we felt confident moving forward. If you’re dealing with spiders—especially brown recluses—or any pest issue at all, do not hesitate to call A Star Pest and ask for Holly. We are beyond grateful and couldn’t recommend her more highly!”
