“This pest control guy came for fleas from structural issues in my apartment. He kept trying to spray directly onto my animals. He sprayed the pesticide all over their food and water before I could pick it up. Since my landlord sent him I was concerned about the very private and personal medical questions he was asking me, as if I were being recorded. I do not recommend service like this for the normal person.”

“Aardvark is the best pest control company in amarillo. They are always answering their phone when you call them, and they show up on time with a great attitude. They are very good about getting you an appointment in a timely manner to fix whatever issues you may be experiencing and for a decent price especially with everything being so expensive nowadays. They are very knowledgeable and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers.”

“Eric was a real good guy! Easy to talk to and friendly. He text me when he was on his way and showed up when he said he would. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.”

“Termite inspection. Will recommend them! I called on Wed and set up an appointment for Thursday. I had to cancel and they were able to reschedule me for Friday no questions asked. They called before coming and waited on me when I was running a little late. They got in and got out! Very nice guys! Good price as well everyone else was over 100.00.”

“Even though I called him last minute, he was very kind to me and his services were basically immediate. I called him to take care of a potential pest issue before I moved. This issue was resolved immediately, and because his pest killer is natural- I was able to go into my home right after he sprayed without worry of skin/respiratory injury. If a proprietor is genuine in their conduct, communication, and service- I will absolutely take time of of my day to leave a good review whenever I can.”

“The gentleman that came to my home to help me with my issue was very kind. He was understanding of my discomfort and advised that I stand back while he worked. He arrived earlier than expected which was great and respectful of me and my home. This was a bad situation made good by Aardvark, I’m very grateful for his time and the quality of the service he provided.”

“So far so good. On time. Worked with me on being home as I had Doctor appointment. Explained everything and went after the bugs. Told me it would take about 5 months for permanent removal but it would kill live ones right now. I'm a happy camper. Will come back at 5 months with the verdict.”

“Punctual, friendly, and professional. Bedbugs are a nightmare, but Aardvark treated quickly and thoroughly, the kill process went exactly as they explained it would, and the bugs are completely gone. I recommend them to everyone for any pest control issues and they all tell me what great service they get. 2 thumbs up and if I had more thumbs they'd be up, too!”

“I would not recommend this Company to anyone. The tecnician that came to my house was in a hurry, something to do with his wife. He said that I would see some bug activity for up to 10 days...They sprayed just before Halloween, I have called on 3 different occasions to let them know I am still seeing bugs. No one has returned my calls. Affordable yes but you get what you pay for....Lesson learned...”

“Eric is great. He explains everything. I was nervous at first because we didn’t really see a change but just like he educated...at about 3 weeks EVERYTHING was gone. Ants were gone, inside and outside and we never saw a spider again. The awesome thing is he is able to spray around area my kids are because it isn’t toxic like some of the other nasty chemicals. Just called again to book another appointment.”

“He came in and he knew it all and he was going to take care of the bug problem. That didn’t happen. I called him back he said I can’t come back for 4 to 6 months. He came back and the problem still didn’t get solved. I would recommend This guy to anyone. My problem is worse than it was when it started. He says I guarantee my work he don’t guarantee nothing he’s a liar.”

“If you are a woman and want this guy to talk down to you like a child then by all means call them. They were treating my residence for a flea problem and I called every week for the following 3 weeks because the problem persisted and he would say each week “remember I told you it would take 4 weeks”. FYI if they are not dead in 3 weeks they won’t be in 4 weeks. And they weren’t so I called Orkin! Don’t waste your money with Aardvark. PS they aren’t all that much more affordable either.”

“Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The company did not do a professional job and the guy the came out was in flip flops thats not professional at all also disnt have a ladder kept saying my landlord had to bring hers. All he dis was throw a few poison blocks bihind things in the house didnt inspect for holes or anything. So not satisfied with them and he refused to give us a refund.”
