“I think he drinks his poison. He has been having a hard time finding my place. He knocks on the wrong door. If it were me and they live in a duplex I would highly recommend to do both units. I am not saying this to be mean. He needs to know what he is doing. My home was involved in flood. I take care of my place the right way. I don't like sharing roaches with my coffee in the morning. I will not bring my furniture in until it is done right. I Don't recommend him in no way. Thank you and God Bless”

“This company worked with us on a strict deadline and got the job done in time for a closing. Great attitude, job well done!”

“We used Bugs Burney in the late 1990’s for termites. Mr. Burney did an excellent job. Fast forward to 2025, same house…. Termites again. We called and this time his daughter Norma is In charge with her son, Jonas. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and most of all, they know termites. They are pet friendly too. We saw a re-emerge of termites that had come up and died and they came out again and treated the area for an extra extermination, no charge. If you have termites, you want Bugs Burney! And they remembered our dog’s names when they returned! They are awesome!”

“I would recommend Bugs Burney, they came and took care of our termite problem and came back to follow up. They were very friendly, punctual, and loved our dog chewie!”

“The Bugs Burney group sprays my home for pests monthly and has been for more than 15 years. I texted them late at night recently about a new pest event. EARLY the next morning I got a response saying they would be here the same day to address my concern. As promised and as always, they showed up and made me yet again a happy customer. Sometimes we only hear reviews about things that go wrong. I want folks to know these people are amazing in professionalism, attitude, speed in response and complete solutions. Kudos to everyone at Bugs Burney and thank you for all you have done for me all these years and continue to do to keep my home as pest free as is possible. You always go above and beyond for us.”

“I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. We had squirrels that were getting in our attic, a hole my husband planned on fixing, but we wanted to make sure they weren’t in the house before patching it up. They came out and set a trap, on our roof with peanut butter in it (something we could’ve done ourselves) not even near where the squirrels were getting in. That was a week ago, they constantly called asking for the $350 they charged for that, even before 8am, which is a ridiculous amount. I assumed when I agreed to them coming out and setting a trap there would be more of an inspection. The guy didn’t even have his own ladder, and had to use ours. After setting the trap they haven’t come by to check it, especially after all the rain we had last week, and they sure haven’t called to see how things are. Complete waste of money, and at this point should be refunded and they need to come pick up their trap that is closed with nothing in it. Update: we are now going on week 3 with no contact, and that trap still sitting on our roof, getting rained on, and jar of PB in it.”

“Do you want your bugs gone call this company awesome recommended wholeheartedly. Been using them for four years would not go without my yearly sprays well worth it”

“Very polite and thorough! They were very knowledgable, and had a lot of helpful advice for protecting my home!”

“We have been working with Norma and her crew for over 10 years now and they have never let us down! They are quick and efficient, honest and affordable.”

“Got my home inspected for termites by this company requested by another person due to us needing this inspection for the sale of the house. During this inspection the lady did it alone as I was at work. My realtor was told I had termites and priced a treatment for it. Me not being here to observe for myself and also not believing it called Terminex who specialize in this field for a second opinion. During that inspection just a day later with me walking around and observing my entire property with them found no Termite activity ANYWHERE. Sent that report to the realtor and call BC on this lady and their company just trying to make a quick dollar. NO HONESTY IN THIS COMPANY.”

“The folks at Bugs Burney were wonderful. They did an excellent job, they were friendly, explained everything they were doing, and were willing to work around our schedule.”

“Excellent service. They came at a time that I needed them the most. They did an amazing job. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!!”
