C & D Spraying and Pest Control

C & D Spraying and Pest Control runs out of Amarillo, Texas under owner Dennis. The outfit handles pest control spraying along with leveling work on pier and beam houses. Dennis takes the calls and leads the crews on both types of jobs. Customers reach him directly for quotes on homes that need floor correction or routine spraying.

Reviews describe Dennis quoting and finishing pier and beam leveling on a house over twenty seven hundred square feet in short order with a full crew. He located hidden issues during the work and left the floors level. The same crew treated a prior residence for pests before moving to the new property. Spraying jobs get described as on time and complete without extra upsells. Dennis has followed up after treatments and stayed within what the homeowner actually needed.

Dennis answers calls fast and shows up when scheduled. Crews work while owners are away and finish the same day. Rates come in lower than other bids on the same leveling projects. Communication stays straightforward with no pressure to buy more services than required. The crew covers both pest spraying and structural leveling in the same local area.

Google shows a 4.2 rating across eight reviews with most praising the honest approach and solid results on both spraying and leveling. A few note strong follow up and competitive pricing while one mentions a rough phone exchange on a rental job. DIRT Score 3 from 8 reviews on Finds.

“Dennis was very quick to respond, give a quote, and get the work done. He did a great job at a price that could not be beat! He has now treated our previous house, and helped level our new home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“I called C&D Spraying to level my pier and beam house. It is huge, over 2700 square feet. Dennis quoted the best price and told me he could do it soon. He showed up with a full crew and went to work while I left for work. When I got home he was just finishing up, and found problems that I didn't know I had. Overall, I am very satisfied with his work ethic, honesty and of course the results. My floor is now level, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend him!”

“Great service, Dennis is always on time & very thorough when it comes to spraying. Dennis also follows up very well after his services, which is quite rare & much appreciated.”

“I talked to Dennis, the owner, he is knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed, but did more than what I thought would be done, very thorough. His rates are VERY competitive as well.”

“Excellent scheduling, Dennis does great work and is trustworthy definitely would hire again for future jobs.”

“Dennis , is a very honest trustworthy person, unlike most other companies that take your money even if you don’t need the service!! Thanks again Dennis”

“These guys did a great job of leveling our floors. I highly recommend their work.”

“They may be a good at what they do do as far as pest control goes. But in my experience Paul French from the realtor company hired him. Dennis had said he has repetitively tried to to call me I had one missed call and voicemail. Called him back, the guy had a piss poor attitude. Like I killed his cat or something. Be professional first, business later. I know I didn’t call you but even so doing a rental property is the same.”
