Alejandro took the time to carefully treat both the interior and exterior of my home, ensuring everything was handled with great attention to detail. “I have never spent so much money in my life to be so thoroughly disappointed and angry. The first technician I had, I had to follow his every move to make sure he was doing his job and it was second rate work. The new technician I have doesn't communicate well and was unable to show up for our scheduled appointment despite telling me I was the first stop of the morning. I am a working class single mother, I can't afford to drop 6k on anything let alone a half way done job that isn't solving my problems. I would definitely shop around and be very choosy if I were you!”

“It's been over a year since I last had Terminix at my house. I admit the last times I reviewed them I gave higher than I should have reviews. I was finally happy that someone came on a Saturday. What started as an unexpected hospital stay turned into a home nightmare as I didn't know that bedbugs accompanied home. I didn't realize what they were at first till someone suggested that I have my home inspected. I called Terminix as my husband and I used them before for pest services and had a positive experience. We eventually had to stop as we couldn't afford it anymore. Sadly after my husband passed and I discovered bugs I called the only place I ever worked with. Hindsight I should have called around as I had to pay thousands upfront and was told it would cover 6 months of treatment. I had been informed to call whenever I spotted them between treatments. I asked if we can do Saturdays as I worked during the week and was able to have my Mother in Law come out for the first treatment. They covered the mattresses and other things. I thought it was a monthly treatment but no they only came out when I called and to get them out on a Saturday was practically impossible. I call and ask for”
