MidloJoe Pest and Termite

MidloJoe Pest and Termite operates as a family owned company out of Midlothian that provides pest control and termite control services. Joey leads the business with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. The company rebranded in the summer of 2025 and works without contracts to handle bugs for local homeowners. Services include fire ant control, termite control, cobweb removal, and spraying inside and out.

Homeowners call with ants invading living spaces, wasp or cricket hunter infestations in attics, and ongoing needs for quarterly pest treatments plus monthly mosquito control. Technicians such as Cliff inspect problem areas before applying treatments across entire properties. Jessica dusts attics and walks through each step of indoor and outdoor spraying. Cody handles thorough inside and outside applications while answering questions on the spot. Jeremy explains processes in detail and notes safety steps like keeping pets clear of treated zones.

The company answers inquiries with quick responses and full details on work and pricing before any visit. Technicians arrive on time even during busy periods or after weather delays and adjust to customer schedules. Pricing stays reasonable for the local area and communication remains direct throughout each job. Service covers Midlothian with a focus on reliable visits from known staff rather than call centers.

Reviews total more than twenty and center on consistent on time arrivals, clear explanations, and effective results that last for years with minimal follow up visits. Reviewers note the family owned approach leads to personal attention and repeat use for ongoing pest issues.
