“I had an excellent experience with Koa during my Terminix service. He arrived on time, was professional from start to finish, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing and why. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure all of my questions were answered before he left. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. “The first tech came out and did a half way job. She claimed that no one was home when in fact my wife was home. I checked my cameras and she never tried knocking on the door to see if anyone was home even though there was a car in the driveway. The tech was supposed to change out the termite bait and did not. Since I wasn't expecting the tech to come out that day she could not access the backyard where the termite activity originated so she could not confirm all is well and change out the bait. The report was filled out as though the inspection was properly completed. I had to reschedule to get the job done properly. The second tech did a great job.”

“Yearly bait trap inspection service. Ryan was thorough, he did arrive a little earlier than the time scheduled but he did text to ask if it was ok due to him finishing with his earlier appointments. I met him outside, he did not introduce himself, I introduced myself to him, asked if he was Ryan, he said yes. He explained what he would be doing, He preferred to start in the back yard and work his way back to the front yard, He pulled out the termite bait trap, inspected and replaced. I did walk with him but not to every station. If I asked a question, he did explained, he was mild mannered. Thanks Ryan and Terminix for your service😀❤️🙏🏽”

“I called Terminix to inspect my home. I had seen termite like insects. They quickly showed up on time, inspector could not find any signs of actual termites and also could not find traces that termites were there. Either way, inspector said yeah you have termites and quoted me $9,000 to correct. I called in a second more local pest control and they quickly found one of the insects and confirmed it was an Ant. Addressed it for $120. Be very careful, no doubt terminix can fix your problem even if you dont have one, juat be cautious.”

“Been with Terminix for over 20 years starting in California until my recent move to Texas. The bugs here in Texas is as big as the state. Never seen bugs this big until my move here. Terminix to the rescue. Keep up the great work.”

“John was excellent! I’ve been a customer for a long time and he is the best., First of all he is very cordial and respectful. Then he ask the customer what’s your concern and then observe all problem areas and makes diagnostic plan. Excellent!”

“A very dependable company. They will initially have a fairly senior person come out and explain in detail every process involved. They also carry out every step of the process according to a set schedule. Every technician who comes out during the various steps are also very professional and knowledgeable. That includes the process of replacing the insulation, closing off all access points, removing suspect sections of the walls and running fans/dehumidifiers continuously for 72 hours or so, placing traps (and coming by later to check those). All that, I am told, is called "mitigation". That is followed by "restoration", where anything torn down/removed is restored. And that is where the company slacked - to the extent that we had to call in outside contractors to have that job done. That is probably the only reason Terminix will not get a 5-star rating from me. Overall, however, I will admit that we were satisfied with Terminix.”

He replaced several stations, spoke with me at length when his inspection was complete, answered my questions, and provided me with a report of his inspection. He was also a very polite and genuinely nice young man.”

“I was notified that a Terminix Technician would be out to service bait stations. I scoured the perimeter of my house and could only see a few of the stations. I left a note for the technician Susan G. on the gate of my back yard voicing my concerns of not being able to locate them. The wife and I were at work when Susan arrived but she promptly notified me that she had read my note and would address my concerns. I had a pleasant experience and my concerns were addressed promptly.”

“Do NOT use Terminix. They over charge and are horrible at communication. The technicians were nice and professional, so won’t talk bad about them. But the company overall needs some serious changes. They over charge and once the money is paid they forget about you and when it comes to scheduling, 0 stars. They don’t show for the scheduled appointment and then randomly show up some other day. When they didn’t arrive to the appointment they still upload that the “inspection is finished and appointment complete.” Wish I never signed a contract with the them. Horrible experience. Save your money and use a local business.”
