“Techs have failed to call ahead of arrival and entered my back yard WITHOUT permission which led to my SERVICE DOG to get OUT! Luckily she is well trained and didn’t get far but this is RIDICULOUS. THEN AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE FAILED TO CALL AHEAD AGAIN FOR THE FOURTH TIME IN A ROW! If you have animals, you care about that use your backyard and you need notes on your account for them to not go back there or not spray without letting you know don’t hire this company. They won’t do it. It doesn’t matter how many notes they put on your account I’ve got like three notes on my account about them calling ahead and they still haven’t! *UPDATE!! White Night pest control was just here yesterday and I opened my bathroom window and this is what I find!!!!!!!! WHY AM I PAYING THIS COMPANY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO HAVE INFESTATION? I DIDN’T EVEN KNOW ABOUT! IN MY WINDOW!!!!”

“My service tech Marcus came out today and before it got started explained exactly what he was going to be doing and how effective it was going to be and what to expect afterwards he was very professional made some suggestions and conducted himself very business light. I definitely appreciate the service I feel like you did a thorough job and he told me if I had any questions or any concerns to contact the office in between that time.
