She really put my mind at ease about my pest issue at my rental. She was able to setup me up with the technician (John) the same day. John was very nice, thorough and professional. “This is the place to call if you have any issue. We had two other exterminators come out for a mouse/rat problem but they could never resolve the issue. These guys came out and caught a possum for us. So not rats at all. They are true experts and took the time to really explain every step of the way and the entire game plan. “Dealing with bugs can be a scary experience. Seeing termites or evidence of them seems like a death sentence for your house or building. The big bug companies roll out the dollar signs when you mention the possibility of bugs. I think they prey on your vulnerability also. It is very demoralizing thinking that you have an issue. "How could this happen?" Runs through your mind. The next thing you wonder is how bad is it and how much is it going to cost. And please don't let my friends find out! Thankfully with Acme you don't have to panic. Dennis is great! He comes out, surveys what you feel is disaster, then proceeds to give you the good side of it. By the time he has treated everything and advised you on any possible correction, you feel 100 percent better! I can't even begin to tell you what is the best part of it. When I first discovered we had an issue I didn't sleep very well. I was disgusted that we hadn't noticed the problem sooner and was sure that the structure was going to need massive repair.
