“As first-time home buyers who were ready to close on a home, we enlisted the help of Kingsley from Clever Property Inspections. Prior to booking the appointment, what set Kingsley apart from other inspectors was the friendly and informative way he answered our preliminary questions about what the inspection would entail. Once the inspection was scheduled, Kingsley did an exceptional job detailing every concern with the home. Not only does he provide extremely detailed descriptions with pictures, but his platform was user-friendly and made making a detailed repair list extremely easy. This was honestly fantastic and made it a breeze to present the list of concerns to the seller, who ultimately completed the repairs. Even the seller and their contractor recognized the quality of Kingsley’s services and repair list! We truly appreciated that Kingsley waited for me to get out of work, as I wanted to see any needed repairs myself. Kingsley took the time to explain everything I was unfamiliar with and kept in touch with me even after the inspection. It is evident that he is very knowledgeable in his field and takes pride in his work. We were so impressed with his services that we reques”
