“I just want to give a shout out to Jay from Top tier. He is the friendliest, most professional and kind person I have ever had the pleasure of communicating with. He answers all my questions, all my texts at any time of the day and has been just a pleasure to deal with during this time. I live in an apartment complex and am dealing with an infestation and he assured me that they are going to do their best to get rid of them, but we all know that apartment complex's always have them, but I'm really hoping for the best. If you come across Jay, I guarantee that you will have a great experience!!”
