“I had a dead possum in the insulation under my trailer, and I reached out to Wildernex for assistance. I had found one deceased, but I suspected there may have been another and needed professional consultation. I have nothing but good things to say about their employee Judd. He was polite, professional, and knowledgable. I also really appreciated his transparency and communication during the whole process. He wasn't sure if he'd have availability for the job I needed and understood when I said I may have to keep looking for another company, but the next day he called me to let me know he had availability open up that same day. It was nice that he went out of his way to fit me in (especially since time is of the essence when you're dealing with rotting animals). I was having trouble finding a local wildlife control company that was willing to do work in the crawlspace of a trailer, but Judd was eager to assist and assured me this was something Wildernex was capable of. He did a thorough inspection under the trailer and put some deodorizer near where the smell was emanating. “We had a rodent infestation on the first floor of a condo lobby. Wildernex with Judd was able to do a survey to determine access points, and then filled all of the identified access areas. Very timely response...we called on a Friday, and Judd was out doing the work on a Monday. Courteous. Friendly office staff. We don't want any more rodent problems at this building, but I'd use Wildernex again, for sure.”

“I hired Wildernex before and they did a good job helping me remove raccoons from the attic for about $1,000. So I called them again 2 years later and they quoted me $12,600 to remove the raccoons and do the exclusion work. 2 years ago soffit vents were $15 each, now suddenly they’re $100 each. Not exactly sure why they would throw such ridiculous prices at repeat customers but I’m never calling them again. I would recommend avoiding them because they’ve clearly become one of those businesses that throws out ridiculously high quotes hoping a few customers say yes to make it worth it. $12,600 to remove raccoons and put some mesh on the bottom of a small home is a complete scam See the photos of the invoice I received in 2022 vs 2024 as proof.”

Will and Clark were more than professional and got the job done late on a Friday evening because I was going out of town. I would recommend this company to anyone and understand why others recommended them so heavily. They went above and beyond and I will use them again in the future. “We had an excellent experience with Wildernex, when we hired them to remove a nuisance alligator. Jared was extremely professional in setting a very impressive, humane trap and monitored it remotely, keeping in constant contact with us. The alligator was trapped in less time than expected. It was healthy, unharmed and removed to be relocated safely according to Texas Parks and Wildlife recommendations. They were worth every penny. I highly recommend Wildernex!”

“I would not recommend this company, since they charged me $700 to ONLY put their OWN 'odor deterrent' in my attic. Basically throwing some cotton balls around and nothing more. Just for them to come out is $200 just to agree that you have a pest. THEN.... oh you want them trapped and removed? That's another $700!! I feel they are taking advantage of a 'vunerable' situation and that's a shame! I even asked... "why is it SO expensive?" They answered that "management feels that covers materials, labor & gas expenses"... HUH??? What materials???? UPDATE: I have submitted a new review. And I just feel that the service that was given AFTER I complained, should have happened from the beginning. If I never would have said anything, I would have still been with my squirrel situation. I do thank you for contacting me and resolving the issue, but again.... I just feel that I was overcharged from the beginning. “This company was recommended to me by my regular insect pest control company. I had called them asking if they dealt with snakes and they said no, but referred me to Wildernex Wildlife Control. Made the call and described the problem I was having - I had nearly stepped on a snake in the garage that morning, and a couple weeks before a friend had seen a snake in my driveway - headed for my garage. I had also been hearing scratching and scampering which sounded like mice or rats from behind the walls of one of the rooms in the house as well - this was all within the last week or two. Initially the soonest they could get me on their schedule was the following Tuesday. I sent them a very poor resolution video my friend took and it was difficult or impossible (due to the poor video quality) to see exactly what kind of snake it was. I had my friend send me a higher resolution version of the same video and forwarded that to Wildernex. They immediately called me, explained that the snake was a very serious venomous snake, and I should take care to stay away from it if I saw it again. I asked if there was ANY way they could address the problem sooner than the following Tuesday. Jare”

“I based it off one experience.. there was a stray dog. following me and a family member for like 5 blocks. we got in my car and then dog starts barking loudly and scratching my door. we and my cousin were both bit by a German shepherd 2 days before so we were scared. I googled animal control and their name came up and a lady answered the phone and seem totally uninterested, she put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back and said "we dont catch dogs" but I'll call you if we decide to.”
