“****UPDATE FROM OWNER RESPONSE***** Another reason I would certainly not recommend. They don't even know what and for whom they have provided services to. We never requested or received a termite treatment quote. Just another example of inadequate customer service. Would not recommend. Stood us up on our first appointment. However, gave them a second chance and shouldn't have. Did show up for the 2nd appointment, but performed an unacceptable service. Advised them that the same problem was still present, said they would come back to correct and haven't heard from them since. Guess since they were already paid they didn't care. HORRIBLE customer service.”
