He knew we were dealing with an emergent situation and got the job done quickly. We will definitely use them again! Highly recommend their services.”

“Where to begin? This family owned business is awesome. First off, when they say 24/7, they mean it; Joseph (the owner) came to my rescue at 10 pm at night! Second of all, his service was so thorough; he was so knowledgeable and he explained everything and answered my many questions. Lastly and more importantly, to call the customer service fantastic would be an understatement. He and his wife are awesome! He even brought his son along to learn the job. “Last night I called Remedy Pest Control at 9PM. They had there guys out here with the hour, emergency call. I had been hearing noises in my Attic assuming it was rats. The guys took there time looking at every corner and place. They spent about two hours and put traps everywhere. They even covered the hole, let bait outside. They took every step to make sure to catch these things. I am beyond happy with the service and trust that this company offers. Thank you for coming so late when I needed y’all!”

“Joe and his workers are very professional and the products he uses are both animal and children friendly. Since moving outside of the city limits of Rio Medina - scorpions are a big problem due to neighbors having old lumber and hauloff of road materials on their property causes drastic problems that calls for the best exterminator and Joe and his workers are the best.”

He even came out to the house to apologize in person. Have not seen creepy crawlies in the house since!”
