“Have had a pretty bad experience with this company so far. If I was you I’d choose someone else for your needs. Zane came out to inspect and give us a quote on a Friday. Told us they’d patch the holes and any other potential spots the raccoon could get in. They’d replace the peak of the roof with steel and put a mesh over it. They’d replace the mesh over both attic vents. And they would put pheromones out to scare the raccoon into a trap then relocate it. The full quote was about $2,000. $1,000 for repairs. $500 for removal. And $500 for sanitation. They required the $1,000 up front. He put the pheromones out on Friday. We didn’t hear from the company again until Tuesday the following week when a different guy came to finally put the cage up even though the raccoon likely had left already but we’ll never know for sure since they were so slow and putting the cage up. Then he tells us they’re not doing all the repairs we were told. They’d just be patching the holes and putting mesh up on one screen and only putting mesh up on the peak of the rook where she dug in. And they’d only put a cage up to see if she left, no trapping or removal. So half the work we were initially told. He c”

“If I could leave a negative amount of stars, I would. Would not recommend. They state they'll come out for services but then no one shows and they give no communication about why no one ever showed. They cancel and move appointments without telling you as well. They moved my appointment not once but twice and didn't tell me. They said they showed up one day but my cameras didn't pick up any technician at the house, nor did they provide proof that anyone was ever there. They are a scam and I would not recommend. Save your money and use someone else.”

“OMG! Trutech is a true company who cares and is focused on helping those when in need. From the first lady I spoke to on the phone. She had a heartfelt love to help me with the problem. I can’t remember her name :(. Zane also showed a great concern for wanting to help me with the SKUNK problem. They could smell my home from 6 feet away. Loved that all questions I asked were answered. Because I was all new to me hiring TruTech Zane was great at explaining all that was going to take place.
