“I am extremely satisfied with services provided by Richard Salas at Wildernex. I found a racoon in my attic early in the morning and Richard was able to come out the same day. He ensured the racoon was removed, found how it got in through our crawl space, up the wall, and into the attic, and came up with a custom plan to seal and reinforce the point of entry and all other possible points of entry. Other companies tried to sell me a one size fits all type package, but Richard talked through options with me, was receptive to my suggestions, and developed a solution for my unique situation, saving me literally thousands of dollars. He worked hard to finish the job quickly, even in the summer heat, he kept his worksite clean, and was all around a nice and genuine person. “Kobe is incredible; a wildlife biologist and an expert at trapping! Since we live next to a neighbor that free feeds cats on their back porch, we have been put in the unenviable position of regularly dealing with a barrage of cats trying to dig under a small building in the backyard to raise their kittens. This time, though, we were dealing with a skunk (in the city limits)! So, we called Wildernex. Kobe came out the same day we called and immediately went to work to solve our problem. “Wildernex is an efficient company. I contracted this company to trap and remove rock squirrels on my property. They sent Cody to evaluate and offer me a proposal and the proposal was very affordable compared to other companies. Cody explained what he was going to do i.e placing traps with baits. Each morning he would come at the same time and check the traps. Cody was very professional, efficient, prompt,friendly and very personable. I would highly recommend this company for your wildlife needs. Side note he did catch a rock squirrel.”
