It was manageable and, most importantly, we did not have an ant infestation inside our home. After EcoStar began coming out to treat the property, the ant problem progressively became worse and worse. What started as a few ants outside turned into ants spreading throughout the property and, eventually, taking over the inside of our house—something we never had to deal with before starting their service. We continued allowing them to come out and treat the property, expecting the problem to improve, but instead we watched the situation escalate. At this point, we are dealing with an infestation that we did not have before hiring this company. The most frustrating part is that we would love to cancel the service, but because of the contract, we were told that canceling would cost us more than simply continuing to make the monthly payments. He called when he was on his way, was on time, friendly, personable, & most importantly, did a great job -- and it was a HUGE job bc first time treatment at house near the lake where there are 10x more spiders and probably other bugs as well. “So we just switched over from White Knight to eco pest bc unfortunately after a few years the other companys service workers were always in such a rush that lots of things were being missed. Especially wasps and ants! (Probably have too many people to service in too little time.) So today our first serviceman, Wyatt, came and i can not say enough good things! Beyond knocking down about 10 wasps nests, spraying perimeter of property, putting granules throughout our yard, going in our attic to check for rodents, and being so thorough and professional, he was so kind and patient to my ever so curious 3 year old son! We were not having any improvement while with Alamo, but I feel confident after meeting Justin today that we will! We deal with a lot of earwigs, spiders and crickets in our new home. Justin was so knowledgeable and you can tell he likes to learn about his work and cares about what the insects actually do for our environment so he handles them with intent to not harm them just keep them out of our home which I loved.
