“Maryam & Grayson experienced the exact same thing I did before I was finally able to cancel service. First things started out fine, then we noticed they started to get lazy with all of the service they are supposed to provide. They stopped treating the yard for ants, they never changed out the termite bait stations, they stopped treating other perimeter structures for hornets & wasps, and even when they did treat the house, I'm still having to go around and take out live nexts they would just leave after treatment. At this point I'm not even really sure what they did. On top of that, I also noticed at the end of last year they had over-serviced us (and billed us) and were coming more frequently than our agreement stated. When I asked, they said it was my responsibility to postpose services when they reach out for scheduling... I'm sorry but I need to trust that you can manage you service schedule, not that I have to do it for you. How did they remedy the situation? After going back and forth on hold, a manager told the customer service agent that all they could offer was a $25 credit... they couldn't even be bothered to come on the phone themselves and one ever apologized. He took the time to do his job thoroughly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name because I was on a phone call when he arrived, but that was completely my fault. He was fantastic and did a great job. Billy, who originally helped get us set up, was also wonderful to work with super friendly and helpful from the start. And the woman I spoke with on the phone today was just as kind and pleasant. “Rylee S. was fantastic from start to finish. She was going door-to-door for pest control sales and honestly did an amazing job explaining everything clearly without being pushy. Pest control pricing usually starts pretty high, but she got our first service knocked down to only $49. We already had another company charging us $119, and she told us if we showed her our current contract, they would beat it by 10% — and they did. We ended up locking in a one-year contract, and after the $49 first visit, our quarterly service came out to $107, which was still better than what we were paying before. The service itself was excellent too. They handled the mosquito treatment, pest spray, and even knocked down a wasp nest while they were here. “Had a team member come to my home and talk to me about the service they provide. They take care of your lawns front and back, as well they treat inside your home. I like the fact that they told me if i was to have a gathering at my home and if i needed them to come by the day before that they would come and treat my property. The treatment cures quick and is animal friendly since its all environmental friendly ingredients. They treat all kinds of insects and larvae and come by in cycles to eliminate any leftover larvae from the previous cycle of the life of the bug. They offered me a good deal and also let me know that if you have any sheds or garages that they too will take care of that since its a breeding ground for roaches and things of that nature. They are really informative and explain the pricess with great detail.”

“If this company tries to solicit your business don’t walk away run away!!! We’ve been a client for 2 years and they’ve no showed on us twice and also said they performed work twice that wasn’t performed. They say they have cameras on their trucks and thats great for them but I have cameras that cover my entire home and can tell when someone is on our property. I don’t know if these are the results of scheduling errors or outright deceptive practices! They say they will call ahead to let you know they’re coming but thats hit or miss as they didn’t call yesterday when they no showed. Their customer service is a joke!! If I could give them zero stars I would!! I can’t understand why they can’t give you a time window so I can let them in my garage to treat for spiders. This is not a well run company and I advise you to stay away!!”

“I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend them. A door-to-door rep told me the service was month-to-month with no long-term commitment, which is the only reason I agreed to move forward. I was asked to sign quickly “just to confirm service for the next day,” without being clearly walked through the full terms. The technician did not show up during the time window I was told. Instead, they came earlier when I wasn’t home, completed only a partial service (front yard only), and then marked the job as if I was unavailable. The agreed service (front, back, and inside) was not completed. After reviewing the agreement and seeing other reviews, I called to cancel. The representative I spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional, even laughing during the conversation. I was told conflicting information about charges and cancellation, which added to the confusion. This experience felt very misleading from start to finish, from how the service was presented, to how it was executed, to how cancellation was handled. I would strongly encourage anyone who comes across them to run the opposite direction. Response: I understand the importance of reviewing”

He provides a breakdown of what services will be provided along with making sure our family and pets are able to enjoy a pest free home and outdoor space. We have had multiple technicians but Darrell and his friendly personality has us request him as our technician for all inspections.”

“!! Beware !! They came to my elderly mom's door (she did not call them) and she said she cannot afford so they said they would spray for mosquitos for $40. She asked over and over are you sure it's only $40 and the guy said yes. And he told her just sign the agreement. They came the next day to spray and she got her checkbook and asked again "its just $40 right?". So she wrote the check. We even have him recorded on camera saying "if you ever have issues we will come again" as if was a one time.  But after he left she got a text saying she still owed "$15" as a balance on the first visit. And then an email came in with an invoice that she had signed a contract for $500 service.  She became distressed. And called White Knight. The lady was very mean to her saying over and over "I have proof you signed the contract" and said the only way they will cancel is if she pays $180 now plus the original $55 visit so around $235 total for one spray (which by the way we still have the same mosquitos the neighbors do). We have called many times, plus spoke to Yvonne in Customer Advocate dept and she was the worst. She said I recommend you get all the family together to pitch in and pay the bill”
