“This company acquired the former pest control company I had used for many years, Bio-Tech. The tech who came out was not prepared, but I don’t fault him. He had no graph to find the baits nor a tool to indicate where they were. He found most, but I helped him find one in particular that was under some mulch. Due to some issues with a couple of the baits he had to make a return trip. Also, I have always paid for my service on the day they’re here, by check. From Bio-Tech I would receive an invoice receipt acknowledging payment received and a description of the work done. This company, Romney, is not as efficient. I have received multiple emails and text messages advising I have not paid and may be charged late fees! Almost 10 days since the service I’m still getting messages I owe a balance. I understand weekends are involved and a holiday, but this is a hassle I think is not warranted. I went from a very routine annual termite maintenance event to a weeks long unnecessary hassle.”
