He was very honest and mentioned that he could offer service if we wanted but he was very confident and honest what we were asking was not necessary. “I have had service over a year.i pay for service every 3 months. They came out 4/23/26. I was told they would come out in between if I had a problem. I called because of wasps and was told I would have to pay since I am in the 3rd month. I said I would pay 7/23 which is 90 days but I would like them to treat for wasps in interim but Don refused. Now I’m looking for a new pest control company”

They came out quickly after I made a call, followed up prior to the appointment, and showed up on time. Mr. Don took his time to inspect the house, did not skim over any nooks and crannies, educated me when I asked questions, and explained everything he could. They are also very fairly priced compared to big name competitors (same quoted price if not a little bit less!) but respond much faster and in my experience, I cannot emphasize enough, the thoroughness of the examination and extermination services provided. “The guy was punctual and thoroughly inspected the area affected however he is extremely overpriced. I called several places after using his services and they all said they don’t charge a fee for inspections. I was charged close to $100 just for him to come out. So before contemplating coming this way, look for other options with good ratings. I was desperate when I made the call and it turned out to be nothing but $89+ just to come out it’s absolutely ridiculous.”

“Just got off the phone (7:15 pm) with the owner (Don) who graciously fit me in their schedule for tomorrow after I discussed issues of being bit by things in my house when my roommates weren't and the fear that we had termites. He was so professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He even said if I could send him a picture of what I thought were termites to him he could let me know right away. I sent him a text with pictures and thankfully they are desert termites and he said they feed on grass type weeds and don't eat dead wood. Dustin will spray the area tomorrow. What a relief!
