“Choosing Moxie Pest Control set a completely new standard after an awful, expensive experience with Terminix. I previously paid Terminix $2,000 for an alleged "infestation" and a removal service. Not only did I actually not have an infestation, but the removal technician, Edward Perez, falsified the invoices. He came to my home four times, simply took photos of the exterior, and marked the removal as complete without ever entering my home or backyard shed. When I finally confronted him on his last visit, he became aggressive and combative. To make matters worse, the initial salesperson who falsely claimed the infestation and upcharged me was Reuben H. Delarosa. I wasted hours calling Terminix customer service three separate times with zero resolution. I deeply regret spending $2,000 for zero rodents caught.
