All U Need Pest Control

All U Need Pest Control provides pest control, termite treatment and rodent removal services from its base in Cypress, Texas. The company lists service coverage across Texas communities that include Houston, Katy, Tomball, Jersey Village and Louetta along with multiple cities in Florida and South Carolina.

Customers describe routine home treatments for ants, cockroaches, fleas, ghost ants and other insects along with termite bait station work. Technicians named Carlos, Carl, Ken, Marcus, Brian, Jay, Huriel and Logan receive repeated mentions for walking through treatment plans, identifying entry points and completing both interior and exterior applications. A few reviews note termite stations left protruding from the ground with debris around the sites and follow up visits completed in roughly ten minutes that left cobwebs untouched.

Technicians often give courtesy calls before arrival, show identification and adjust to customer schedules for prompt service. Reviews mention competitive pricing for larger properties and same day response when initial calls are placed. Work takes place at homes in the listed Texas and out of state areas with attention to new construction sites and shared yard spaces.

The company maintains a 4.9 Google rating from 2814 reviews where recurring topics center on clear explanations from named technicians and thorough property checks on first visits. A smaller number of comments address rushed follow ups and installation details on termite work. DIRT Score 4.9 from 2814 reviews on Finds.

“I haven’t had a bad experience with this company until I just got these termite bait stations installed. The job was pretty sloppy and made me very disappointed. The stations could have been installed more flush with the ground instead of sticking out so much. There was also zero attempt to clean up the sites so now I have some extra yard work to do. What’s worse is my side yard is shared with my neighbor so I’ll have to apologize for the poor job done to her property and clean it up myself.”

“Carlos did an excellent job with our pest control service. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure the treatment was done thoroughly and answered all of our questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job. I highly recommend Carlos to anyone looking for a reliable pest control technician!”

“Carl Crowell, our tech, went above and beyond with explaining to us in detail the products being used and the services being provided! From the moment he entered the home, he had a big smile on his face, was super friendly courteous using his booties in our new Construction home… We just can’t say enough great things about Carl! Thank you Carl for putting our nerves at ease! We will be requesting him every visit!”

“Wonderful experience with Carl who came out today for our routine home treatment. We were experiencing some issues with ants and Carl went above and beyond to explain the likely root cause and was very patient in allowing me to work out the path the ants were on. I appreciated the knowledge brought and respectful service. Thank you!”

“The first pest control service was good, but the follow-up services have been extremely disappointing. The technicians now complete the service in barely 10 minutes and leave without properly checking the property. I have noticed more than 15 areas where cobwebs were not removed at all. When I raised the issue and requested to stop further payments due to the poor service, the response was simply that the contract cannot be cancelled in between. I expected consistent service throughout the contract period, not just a good first visit. Unhappy with the service quality.”

“My technician, Carl, did an outstanding job treating my new home. Before he even began, he took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain modern pest-control techniques in a way that was clear and reassuring. We walked room-to-room identifying potential pest entry points, and he encouraged me to share any areas of concern. Once we aligned on the plan, Carl got to work and thoroughly treated both the interior and exterior. Throughout the visit, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure my home was protected. I really appreciated the care he put into explaining not just what he was doing, but why he was doing it. Fantastic service from start to finish”

“Having moved into a new community, I look for certain things. I counted all of the Pest Control service trucks and ALL U NEED Technicians were everywhere, he did an excellent job and I’d refer them in a second!
