“I am rating 3 stars because of the lack of communication. I received an email stating my exterminator would be at my home between 8am - 10am. I waited till 11 then called to find out why my technician had not shown up yet or called. I could not wait around any longer but wanted to make sure that the exterior of my home was treated. The lady who answered said I would get a call when he was on his way. He did call around 1:20 to say he was finishing lunch and would be at my house in 40 minutes. No reason for why he was not here at his scheduled time. He did come and treat the exterior. We have always had great service with Cantu but I don't appreciate the lack of consideration for my time. If you can't make the scheduled time, call the customer.”

He happily agreed to spray the garage, thoroughly treated the entire perimeter of the house, and even took the time to remove several wasp nests after I asked. “I would give no star of if I could. The technician said he was at the appointed time and called but all lies. I have a doorbell camera and there is no one and only txt I received was that he would where at certain time. You would think the technician would’ve called if he was at the door and no one was answering. I’m so sick of companies like this lies lies and lies. Everyone want to make a dollar without work. It’s pathetic. I’m glad he didn’t come Im sure I would’ve been charged so much for so little or no work what. People like this are sad as hell.”
